After a dreary start with another local Estate Agent we switched to Venessa McCallum Estates to oversee the sale of our home.
Venessa gave us a realistic appraisal of our property and we agreed a market value. The whole process was dealt with expertly and efficiently, once we went live we had good interest in our property and sold pretty soon thereafter.
We're pleased with the outcome, even more so as Venessa also helped secure our new home when we hit a couple of bumps in the road!

Bit of a sticky start whilst we were waiting for our Agreement in Principle to come through as Vanessa didn't want to take the property off the market until we had it, but she was protecting her Vendors best interests and I respect that entirely.

Vanessa McCallum are a different estate agent. From the moment we met we knew they were very professional and they were interested in selling the property. The greatest differentiator with Vanessa McCallum Estates is the level of client service and communication. Nothing is a problem and you always know where you are and what is going on. Of course they tend to over value and under estimate the time it will take (but all estate agents do) but they got there in the end and under difficult Covid circumstances. Well done Vanessa and the team!

Great advice, house could have been sold 4 times on the open day, all offers at the asking price or a good percentage above.
Vanessa and all of her team were exceptional in the face of what was a difficult process.
