A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout. We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.

He made the home buying process very easy and was available when required to answer any questions. I would recommend him and would definitely be using him in the future.

What really stood out was how personable and approachable he is — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Charlie consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly, keeping us updated and helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Having bought and sold properties before, we can honestly say this was the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Charlie’s professionalism, communication and genuine care made a huge difference.
