The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant.

Having to move unexpectedly - during the pandemic no less! - is always stressful, but Natasha has been so friendly and helpful throughout the process, it's made life 100% easier. This was our first time renting out our house, we were a little concerned about the best way of proceeding. From the very first meeting with Carmine we felt we were in good hands which left us with a greater understanding of the whole process and feeling far more confident about going ahead.
Our first instincts proved to be right, Carmine was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable which made the decision to use Martin & Co very easy.
Whilst most of our contact was with Carmine on the odd occasion when we spoke to Reece, Ian and Natasha they were also very professional and friendly.

Martin & Co is an Agency which I've rented my first flat after moving to the UK. With my far from perfect English, without history as a tenent it's been quite impossible goal to rent a independent flat. It's happened only thanks to Them. They have been absolutely amazing. I have been a first time landlord for four years and during that time Mo and his team have been extremely helpful. Excellent tenants have been found, the odd few maintenance repairs have been taken care of quickly and cost effectively and my telephone calls and emails have been answered promptly and professionally.
Very recently Mo spent time talking through various options with me and as a result I have been able to keep my house and tenants whilst releasing some much needed equity.
I have been very pleased with the service provided and will keep my house with them through the coming years.

I am a small-scale landlord, and own two luxury flats in Woking, which I have entrusted to Martin & Co to fully manage for me. The income from these flats enables me to run a small charity on a voluntary basis, and knowing that I don't have to worry about any aspect of this venture gives me great peace of mind. I know that Martins will quickly deal with any issue that arises - they have found me some great tenants and they share my ethos of treating everyone fairly. In any property, however new and however luxurious, maintenance problems are inevitably going to arise.
With their years of experience, honest approach and network of approved suppliers, all such issues have been quickly resolved by the Martins team.
This morning, I called into the office as I had a small accounts query (entirely my misunderstanding) and I was inspired to write a review by their great customer service. As always, I was recognised, welcomed, and my query dealt with in the blink of an eye. The whole team, while quick to resolve issues, have also taken the time and trouble to get to know me and my circumstances - and I always step away from the premises feeling that I am a valued customer. Thank you Martins - I could't recommend your service more.

Great customer service from all members of the team. This is an estate agent company that really care about the needs of their customers. All staff are very personable, professional and efficient and have a sense of humour.
Dealing with property matters can be very stressful for the customer, but Martin and Co endevour to get you through the process with as little stress as possible and with all the information and guidance that you need to complete your property dealings. I would definitely recommend them whether you are interested in sales or lettings, if you want great quality service from genuine estate agents that put your needs first.

My house was listed with another local agent for two months with not much interest or communication. I decided to see what else was out there. Louise took the time to come to my work to hear what I was looking for and discuss what they could offer me. Within two hours of her taking the keys away Ben went out on a viewing, the new tenants were moved in the following week. Ben have been great in communicating every step of the way.
As a first time landlord I feel very confident in their excellent service and I look forward to long working partnership with Martin & Co Woking.
