The entire team is highly unprofessional and uninformed. They do not care about your time or effort. The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements.
We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”.
Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

Worst experience with an agency. After viewing the requested flat, we were pressured to pay a week of holding deposit, so that the house was taken off the market (which never happened) and we would block it. After days of intense checks against us (instead of asking everything at once) we were informed that the flat was rented by other people .. So tell me what is the use of paying the deposit if the house is not granted. practically wasted a week of time deluding ourselves that we could take a flat

These guys were trying to try shift a rental property I was moving out of - a number of cancelled viewings which I wasn't notified of until I chased up asking whether the person viewing was running late... Had a call from the team thinking my contact details were that of a prospective tenant rather than the sitting tenant straight after having called me to check if I'd be in for them to do a viewing. Went to check out of the property with the managing agent and there was mud all over the floor after I'd had the flat professionally cleaned. A few viewings where the agent was more interested in speaking to me than selling the property to the prospective new tenant which added into the property taking too long to be offered on. Very poor experience all in all

I am not sure where all these "very professional" feedbacks that I read come from. I hope they all did not pay a "weekly deposit" in order to submit the offer to the landlord, without the landlord even seeing or accepting the offer yet.
The only agency I dealt with that asked me to do so.

After having no results at all with them finding no suitable tenants and bad experiences with them trying to foist someone totally unsuitable and high risk on me, I decided to handle things myself and avoid more long delays. I told them I no longer wanted them to market my flat. I paid to advertise my own flat on all the property websites only to find they haven't removed their ad for my lovely flat but in addition I've had feedback from some potential tenants who PERSEVERED and contacted me via my own adverts after being told by View Lettings that my flat had been let, which it has NOT. They are unethical a to be avoided.

Awful experience with this letting company. After moving into a property that was not properly cleaned (we found a curry sauce packet that was two years out of date in one of the cupboards), we were then told that when we moved out we were to be withheld the deposit because according to the letting agent it was an absolute state. We had spent a whole day scrubbing the place. I was then spoken to by a female letting agent in the frostiest, nastiest and most unprofessional manner I've ever experienced. When they say letting agents are only in it for the money, I didn't think that it applied to all. But it definitely, definitely applies to view lettings.
**** After a reply from the Letting Agents, I have absolutely no intention to change my review. I understand that View Lettings have little obligation to ensure a flat is cleaned etc, but they are representing the landlord and tenant and at no point did I feel as though they had mine or my fellow tenant's best interests. The flat was not cleaned, and if the cleaners did come they did a horrendous job. Regarding the manner in which the employee spoke to me, I find it difficult to accept that it was 'not her intention'. Her intention or not, she should have never spoken to a customer or tenant in that way. I will not be changing my review, because in all honesty I do not find the comments unfair, nor do I think it wrong to warn potential Google users about what they could come up against here.*****

I have used View for many years now for a couple of my properties in the Borough area. They have consistently been very professional and have provided an excellent service and on occasion when I have needed assistance due to the fact I live abroad they have done so at no extra cost. I don't think any of the other agents I use would be so helpful! Overall I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them myself.

View have managed my house for the past two years and we are really happy with them as an agent. Prior to hiring View, we used some of the other high street agents who charged a lot, and absolutely let us and our tenants down on service and response times. I know that as a landlord we are very happy with them, and our tenants are happy too. They quickly advise us of any problems and will get any repairs or maintenance issues sorted asap to the highest of standards. I would definitely recommend View to other landlords if you want a responsive and professional company to manage your property - and as a tenant you'd be satisfied knowing that they're on call to rectify any problems.
