Gascoigne Pees were brilliant from start to finish with our somewhat elongated property sale (in no part down to Gascoigne Pees I should mention!) Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. It is a pleasure to write this review about the Gascoigne Pees Esher branch sales team. Phil Bullman and Toby MacDonald are simply worth their weight in gold!
They did a fantastic job of selling my house and they succeeded where other estate agents had failed. They kept in touch and were diligent about arrangements for viewings. Once an offer was accepted, they saw things through to completion. In short, they provided an excellent service and are the best estate agents I have dealt with. If only all estate agents could be this good!
Above all, they helped to make a really stressful time more bearable! My heartfelt thanks to them, can't recommend them highly enough! Will miss you guys!

Extremely happy with the service received by Philip, Toby and the team at Gascoigne-Pees. After initially listing my property for sale using Purple Bricks, I switched this to Gascoigne-Pees after being left disappointed with the service from Purple Bricks and it was the best decision I made. The increase in the quality of service received was more than I could have expected. As well as this, I purchased my new property through Gascoigne-Pees and the chain was managed very well by the team with consistent updates and info on the process at all stages.
Overall we were extremely pleased and are now in our new home!

I was selling a property via an auction site which appeared to have met with some headwind and the original completion window of 56 days had extended by a further 60 days! It was obvious that my phone calls trying to push things forward were coming to no avail and in desperation I contacted Gascoigne-Pees, Esher branch, and two members of the team, Philip and Toby took on the problem and soon after the sale of the property made it to completion. Thankfully, Philip and Toby listened to predicament and acted upon it even though it wasn't a sale they were involved with. Gascoigne Pees have been quite outstanding at taking care of us from start to finish. Leo has been our point of contact throughout and he has kept us informed and has been thoroughly professional through every up and down. We put our house up for sale in December 2019 knowing that we didn't want to move until March 2021. Little did we realise when we put the house on the market that Covid was around the corner. This meant that our buyers pulled out due to loss of work and yet through all of this Leo has been calm and reassuring. We have completed the sale today and we cannot recommend this agency enough. It was a little unnerving with all the different permutations and handling viewings through Covid but Leo kept in touch with us, keeping us informed, his communication was excellent. Gascoigne Pees have managed my property in East Molesey since 2008. The length of my trust in them is an indicator of how satisfied I am with their service. They have been quick to react when any issues have arisen, and given the property is 100+ years old, this is fairly frequently. On the one occaision I had a non paying tenant they were quick to react and handled the issues well. My only critiscism, and the 4 instead of 5 stars, is the high staff turnover but this may be a property sector wide issue ,

I am currently living in a rental property that is looked after and leased through the lettings team at the Esher branch. I have been in direct contact with their team for over a year and their friendly and helpful staff have provided the best service, the most up to date information, and have always given quick responses to any questions I have had. I would definitely recommend this team if you are considering a rental property in the area.

Be very wary letting properties from this agency. The Home Inventory service that they impose created false discrepancies between the sign in and sign out reports, costing us a huge portion of our deposit for fictional damage that Gascoigne should reasonably know was caused by previous tenants. Very disappointing
