The first time we met the team from Knight Frank Esher we knew they were the agent we wanted - so personable and not at all pushy. Alex, Matt and Tim were all charming and obviously very professional. Tim, who dealt with our sale, was so pleasant and optimistic, helpful, kept us informed and gave good advice - his easy, enthusiastic approach was great. Would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank of Esher and thank you Tim, you were terrific.
I wanted to give them 5 stars but pressed wrong button
Mathew James did an excellent job in trying to sell our property, unfortunately it wasn’t to be but they worked really hard and Emma especially went out of her way to try and sell for us and always kept us up to date with all interest Very polite team in Coventry thanks for trying and all your hard work.
They are absolute liars .stay away from them people
I recently bought a flat and sold my previous one through Leaders and they were brilliant throughout.
I offered on a property they were selling without having a buyer for our own, but by listing ours with them all parties involved had the confidence the team were doing everything they could to progress both sales. They also showed excellent communication skills and let us know when viewings were happening, then followed up with clear feedback. They also continued to work with us and our solicitors to progress the sale through to completion, handling queries and any issues that came up professionally and quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ryan, Adam, Chris and the team again.
Friendly staff, but very UNprofessional company with poor policy. Not only the most expensive fee rate but also:
MY details were shared with third party companies (phone and electricity) without my consent, in order to increase the profits.
I didn't get the flat after we have agreed all conditions because I didn't buy unnecessary insurance from them.
I got my money refunded after 3 weeks.
A great company to work with, very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Very happy with the service provided. Cody in particular was a legend, and helped us get a flat we thought was out of our reach!
Sian, Chris and the team in Esher were incredibly helpful in finding me somewhere to rent when I was returning to London after working in Singapore. I really do recommend them.
I am writing this review because after a bit of a rocky start. We managed to resolve the original issues with a property that we rented through Laurels. I had a lengthy conversation with Robert who has been great and has worked to resolve issues with the property that is fair to say was not the Agencies fault. They have gone above and beyond with the service they have provided. Thank You.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
We had a great experience with Miles and Bird. Naz, Andrew and everyone we dealt with was lovely and got back to us very quickly with any query. They were very helpful, efficient and professional and helped make our purchase a smooth and stress-free experience. We would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to everyone and would love to use them next time we move!
I'd love to be more positive, but initial impressions really weren't helped by a set of Property Search listings which, frankly, look as if they've been flung together by an 11-year-old during school breaktime, and which are littered with basic grammatical and spelling errors. When you're asking a sophisticated urban clientele to part with upwards of £1.5 million a throw, that kind of qualitative deficit represents a level of professionalism, finesse and even basic competence which, sadly, falls far short of any minimum acceptable standard.
