13th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)I have recently completed the probate sale of my late father's house on the Boyle Farm Estate with HJC. They were consummate professionals at every stage of the process. Booking and conducting viewings, securing a good buyer, and most importantly, following through with all the detail that was required to complete the sale. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Friendly, patient, persistent and effective. When I first met with Alex Langdon, he'd already done his research. He knew more about the history and build of the house than I did. It was quite the tortuous journey but with HJC on my side, I never doubted we'd reach a happy ending.

The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Jemma sexton was amazing throughout the process and helped me massively as I didn’t really know what I was doing so would definitely recommend them to others.- 23rd Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)If you’re looking for an agent that can competently see your sale through to completion, then look no further than using Hampton’s. I thoroughly researched agents before listing and the information and attention received from Hampton’s was thorough, informative and honest. It was evident their knowledge and experience enabled them to really understand how the sale should be best positioned and they came up with a plan for marketing, whilst remaining respectful to existing tenants. This was a multi occupancy property and therefore quite complex and niche. I honestly couldn’t have been in better hands with Peter Knowles and Zoe Grey managing the sale. Everyone I dealt with at Hamptons offered the same high level of service, which was exceptional. I definitely chose the right agent. From Peter’s initial thorough, honest advice and attention (a clear differentiation from all the other agents) to Zoe managing everything following listing, they navigated all the twists and turns, competently and effectively. They thoroughly supported every aspect of the sale, going above and beyond expectations. Hampton’s ensured we obtained the best offer and committed buyer and held the complex sale together, which is where the knowledge, experience and commitment really counts. They also have a really wide reach with multiple offices and access to investors, which supported us receiving multiple offers and finding a buyer quicker than I anticipated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, so if you want to save some time, trust me just give them a call.

2nd Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)The first time I contacted harrisonjacks.co.uk over the telephone was on Tuesday. I spoke to a lady named India. She was polite and listened to me carefully. I gave an offer for the apartment I was looking to rent and asked her to get back to me as soon as possible, as I needed to rent it within two weeks. The next day, Wednesday, nobody got back to me via phone or email, so I called them again. Another staff member took my details and promised to get back to me the same day, but nobody did. I contacted them again on Thursday; again, they promised to get back to me, and nobody did. I contacted them again on Friday, and once again, they took down my details, email, and telephone number, and promised that someone would get in touch with me the same day. It is now Friday, 4 PM, and nobody has called me back or sent me an email. I HAVE NO GOOD WORDS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We will now be instructing in the near future RiverHomes to manage our London rental properties. Once you find a supplier of a trade / service that does a job like this for you. You don't go elsewhere. Thank you Francis and everyone at RiverHomes!
