Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone.

I have already posted a review for the Surbiton Branch re the sale of our quirky property, when we were all faced with the challenges of lock down, the war in Ukraine and rising interest rates. It was a great effort from the Surbiton team and Paul was a key part of that group and kept a cool head. Towards the end of the process Paul moved to Esher but Surbiton's loss is Esher's gain. If your looking to rent avoid! Had a viewing lined up and drove 10 miles to see the property only for letting agent (Nick roberts) to call as I was outside the property (30 minutes before viewing) stating that the current tenants had decided to remain for another year! Worst organised estate agents, no apology. Avoid.

We sold our property in East Molesey through Hamptons, Esher in December 2021. This was after successfully renting it out for 2 years through Hamptons too.
The team were absolutely brilliant throughout and a huge amount of praise must go to Zac Simpson. He was thoroughly professional throughout, securing a good buyer and when there were some issues potentially from our buyers lawyers that could have delayed things, Zack was instrumental in guiding each party through and got us all over the line! Well worth going to a professional agent like Hamptons as I am confident we would not have had this level of service anywhere else.
Hayley was also brilliant when Zack was on holiday. Overall a brilliant team at Hamptons Esher!

I have gone through more estate agents than anyone I know and it is now a bit of a shark game out there. I have never written a review for an estate agents before but after meeting Saskia from Hamptons, I felt like I really should tell people how professional, empathetic and courteous she is and she spoke so well of her team and company. I have yet to buy a property but god I hope it will be with Saskia and Hamptons.

This estate agents were absolutely brilliant with the whole process, from the beginning of promoting our property to keeping us updated throughout and then the amazing results at the end..

The Epsom branch are arguably the worst estate agents ever!Avoid at all costs! Kept us waiting for over a year - yes, over a year! Very little communication, I had to constantly chase. So many lies, especially by Christine Temple! Her manager, Leon Stone, was not much better. Far better estate agents out there where the client really matters. To Hamptons, you're just a number and hopefully a quick sale. No customer care whatsoever! Not even the courtesy, after more than a year to let us know the house is off the market! Pathetic agents who give estate agents a bad name! Awful, absolutely awful! Please avoid them!

Avoid at all costs. My wife and I twice arranged to view a property with an agent called Kate. The first time she rang 10 minutes before the viewing to cancel leaving us £30 out of pocket for return Uber journeys. The second time she rang to confirm a time on the morning of a viewing and said she hadn't been able to speak to the tenant directly but her manager had spoken to them and confirmed the date and time was fine so the viewing would be going ahead. She then told me she would ring if for any reason this changed - I triple checked because the house is not close to where we live and is about an hour on public transport or a £15/£20 Uber. Predictably, my wife and I turned up to the house with no Kate in sight. I rang her and she then said she hadn't spoken to the tenant so assumed there would be no viewing - directly contradicting what we agreed earlier in the day. I then asked her to reimburse the now 3 wasted Ubers and she told me "it's not her problem" and that it was "stupid to turn up to a viewing when the agent hasn't spoken to the tenant". When I pointed out she said her manager had spoken to the tenant and asked to speak to the manager she told me they were not in the office. It was just staggering incompetence and laziness all nearly topped off with an incredibly rude attitude. I'm sure this isn't a systemic issue throughout all Hamptons International but this experience means we definitely will not be using this particular branch in the future and I urge all potential tenants and landlords to avoid at all costs.

We needed a very quick sale of our property to secure the house we wished to buy, which Hamptons delivered. I have been a professional Landlord for over 15 years, predominantly in London.
In late December 2013, due to a brilliant piece of internal networking by Jonathan Dredge, Sales Manager, at Hamptons' Esher office, he unexpectedly brought to my attention an excellent freehold property in Esher as being a great BTL investment.
The purchase process was managed brilliantly as was the introduction to and ongoing help from Toni Barnes, Lettings Manager at the Esher office. From the outset, Toni has continued to be very helpful, highly responsive and most knowledgable. This has been vital to me as I am completely new to the area.
As a result of this excellent experience not only from Hamptons' Esher office, but also from Mark Bennett and Hamish Scott based at other offices, I will now also proactively consider using Hamptons for my London portfolio.
Congratulations to you all on your excellent service in Sales and Rentals.
