C&R Properties sold my property in South Manchester. Although it sold quickly the conveyancing process was very tricky but C&R stuck with it and did a lot of the work in getting the sale over the line. I would definitely use their services again.

We found C&R Properties Hulme a very professional and efficient agency to deal with.
We had full confidence in Gurmet after our meeting to launch the sale of our flat.
Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, resulting in a very well presented video and quality photos going on line. Communication regarding viewings and feedback was regularly shared with us through emails and phone calls which led to our flat going under offer in a fairly short time and finally seeing the sale completed.
We would highly recommend anyone from Ireland reading this who is considering buying/selling or renting in Manchester to give Gurmet a call to get the ball rolling.

3 Hillfoot walk, Hulme bought with help of C&R property. Finally yesterday got house key.
Previous landlord wasn’t left as habitable house. Most of things including boiler are broken. Carpet, door, swing even garden artificial grass was missing. I hope C&R property will take steps for resolving.

I recently had the pleasure of working with C&R Real Estate Agency in Hulme, and I'm happy with the service I received. The team at C&R were professional and responsive. They are local area experts and have good knowledge and experiences that are rare compared to other agencies. Gurmet, the manager of the Hulme branch, is particularly experienced and knows better of the market, location, and process of sale and purchase, than anyone else even compared to solicitors! After I left this review, Mr Gurmet emailed immediately, questioning me why would I do this. I have never seen such a quick respond when I was renting with them - well done! I can see that Mr Gurmet is very dedicated to his job and cares a lot about their reputation. Keep on questioning your customers, throwing the blame at them and always feel confident, I believe that you are on the right direction!
