Wayne was fantastic throughout the whole process. Very passionate about what he does and he clearly loves his job. He was there throughout the whole process whenever we needed him and was always super fast in getting back to any queries we had. He was very reassuring and fair in how he valued our property and the photos that were taken for the online listings were very professional and of amazing quality. After more than one year trying to sell my house with different estate agents, we finally did it with Wayne Lewis. He sold our house within the first couple of weeks after hiring him, and hiring him was the best decision we could ever have made. He was there for us from minute one, informing us every step, and giving us his best advice when we were a bit "lost" among all this bureaucracy that entails selling a property. We couldn't recommend him enough. He is by far the best to go with if you are looking to sell your property quickly and hassle free.

Wayne was extremely supportive when supporting us buying our first home. Nothing was too much for him! He was very flexible with hours for viewings and would keep us updated through the process. I cannot begin to thank Wayne enough for his hard work over the last few months. We have dealt with a number of agencies over the years but none match his work ethic, his drive, attention to detail and willingness to put selling your house as his top priority! Other estate agents simply do not compare. He is there at any time of day (and even in any country!) to help support you. Every step of the process was a positive one and Wayne also recommended solicitor’s firms, surveyors etc who also turned out to be first-class. Wayne found lovely buyers for our home and he was even helping long after completion to locate our cat who turned up at our old address! If we ever moved again, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Thankfully our cat has stayed put since! Thank you so much Wayne!
