VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They never reply when you are trying to reach them. I was trying to get some information regarding a flat I was interested in, but I couldn't get hold of anyone. To get an answer I had to chase them with multiple emails and phone calls.

We have been living here in Wembley for 8 years in a row now
And we have lived with wembley park residential for 5 years straight in 3 different apartments
For each of the apartments we have stayed for 2 years , 1 year and 2 years respectively
We had horrible experience every time we tried to shift , they have this weird tendency of deducting an absurd amount from your deposit .
Weird thing is when you move in the check in report doesnt have all the photos of all the amenities
So when you leave the flat they can charge you for anything and you dont have the proof
They expect that you will stay in the flat for 2 years and it will look exactly the same when you moved in
For the slightest of wear and tear they will try to deduct absurd amount of money from your deposit
You have to literally fight for the amount otherwise they will deduct as much amount as they like

Please choose this company. I did look for a 1 bed for an ENTIRE YEAR, and lots of agents just made me loose time with fake promises and delays.
Finally I met LEWIS BELL, the BEST AGENT I have ever met: honest, direct, helpful and even so funny. Is there any awards for the agents? Well he deserves one.

Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Lucky, I found LEWIS BELL & team [ Wembley Park Residential]. The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From there on out, they were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. First time I rented a flat for 3 years. Never had any problem with the unit or deposit return. Only few maintenance needed that was all solved with great attention.
Now, I am renting again. The team is giving us a great support helping to choose the right flat, sign contracts and handle the key.

Ashley is very rude and without manners. We were renting a property via them and he comes with a client and opens the door using his master key to show the property while my wife was in bathroom. Later on he did not apologize at all and started fighting and arguing when we complained . Very arrogant , argumentative and unprofessional. Deal with the agency with Ashley as their royal gem and be prepared to be invaded into the unit you are renting with Ashley with his master key and ghetto attitude !
I called him just now at the number the mentioned in his response . His secretary picked up the phone. She refused to give me his mobile number and said he will be back in the office in 1 hour.
The intention of this review is only to save potential clients from similar things to happen in future. As a google user I did my part to save similar people rest is up to the users!
He did not apologize then and he is lying and not apologizing now as per his response!

The agency was very professional when we negotiated the move in, with good communication and fast service, even in the bad days of Covid. During my stay the experience changed a bit, and even if they were fast replying, sometimes I did not find them so helpful. On the negative side, after a month of leaving the flat they had not started processing the return of my deposit, and this only started when I called them about the topic.

I cannot believe how disrespectful they were to me over the phone!
I have enquired about one specific property, and have requested them to send me an email instead of calling me as I work for emergency services and I can't pick up my phone if it's not a work related call.
Suprise suprise they called me. Unfortunately I answered the phone and they told me that they are calling me from wembley park residential properties no name given. (It was a male voice with an Asian accent.) He told me that the property don't accept pets but I could schedule a viewing. I told him that I wouldn't move without my pet and therefore I'm not interested and another agency have accepted my offer this morning. He then pressured me to view a discounted property at Canada gardens where I can pay 150pcm to keep my pet. I asked if this discounted property is the brent council key worker renting scheme and he didn't answer me. I was a little bit confused as I have enquired about the section house so I asked again if it's the house for key workers only. He went on about how we could arrange a viewing and how I can pay extra for my pet etc, where I stopped him and said sir I'm so sorry but somebody already accepted my offer a few hours ago in a calm professional voice. He put me on hold I asked so can you hear me then he hang up on me!
Again I was really confused as I was waiting for a call to arrange a key pick up and he wouldn't say what exact property he is talking about when I tried to clarify he over spoken me.
I have felt the tone of anger and frustration in his voice and the magnet he spoke to me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They didn't follow through with my request to have all communication done via email. They took a long time to contact me.
I would not recommend this housing agency at all.
Maybe he didn't like me not wanting to move without my pet but hey, I see stressful situations, suicides, child death, violent disorder etc...each day at work, I need something to provide me unconditional love and attention when I go home to an empty home.(I have no family) Buy I can see why people wouldn't like pets..

I was arranging a flat to be rented from Bangladesh and Wembley Park Residential made the process extremely smooth. The uploaded pictures were accurate to the actual setting and were extremely compliant with payment, Docusign, and billing before and after moving in. We had a really tight move in date due to our first flat falling through with contract problems and WPR were absolute stars. They have a few buildings with rooms to let, but we found a great value 1st floor flat with Lewis who took care of us. Elliott who oversees everything was equally as helpful, answering all our questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. The referencing company they use (HomeLet) are the least invasive, user friendly and easiest company to deal with. Finally, Krupa has given us amazing after-service care ensuring we have manuals for the appliances and helped with setting up our services. At the beginning we were dealing with Shali who was ever so lovely, chatty and knowledgeable (about the flat and the area as we are not from here). As we made our decision to choose this place, we started dealing with Krupa. She's very quick in response and in action! Our reference's were done and sorted in a matter of couple of days, the contract followed shortly after and in very professional way. Krupa was on hand when needed via phone or email and very helpful when questioned!
The moving in process was very smooth too and everything was explained and even demonstrated by the consiarge team member, they are also on call 24/7!

Moved with WPR in February into one of their new build flats in the Canada Gardens complex. WPR handled the process from the viewing to move in and all was handled immensely well. We got a welcome pack when we moved in and couldn't be happier with how the flat is furnished and fitted. The location is excellent despite being in zone 4 it takes 25 minutes to be in the West End for example. Overall we would highly recommend a move to a WPR/TIPI home, you won't be disappointed with either the service or the product!

During our 3-year tenancy we had one or two issues which we raised on the online portal (example: issue with the lift, or front door of the building not locking) and they sorted it out on the same day. I have to say we were very impressed with the service from Wembley Park Residential. We were looking to move in a very short time frame and they assisted us wonderfully. Although we picked one apartment we liked, they showed us around several others in the area and were well informed but not pushy. They facilitated a quick turn around with referencing, deposit paying (and protection) and key release with quick email replies and good documentation. Communication was clear including letters sent to the utility companies advising them of our new tenancy. Compared to most estate agents who just want their commission and are not interested in being helpful, these guys were first class.
