As a landlord, I have been using the Wilfords property management service for several years and their lettings service more recently. I only have good things to say about them. As someone who lives and works outside the UK they provide me with peace of mind that my properties and tenants are being properly taken care of. That is very important to me. They have excellent local market knowledge and are often my sounding board when I would like a more realistic view on trends in the local lettings and sales markets. They are easily contactable and respond promptly to my calls and emails unlike other agencies I have used. Highly recommended.

Honestly the best agency I ever had. I’ve worked with so many and Laylah made it the most wonderful and easy experience possible to secure the property. They are super professional and trustworthy which can’t be said about many other agents! Also Liam from the letting team is so helpful and has dealt with all of my questions and requests immediately. 5 stars is not enough
