Sophie helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Sophie made it a great experience for us. I had the difficult task of needing to move immediately after the lockdown ended and Tabitha Jones at the Kensington office was very impressive in the way she handled it. She was aware of what my partner and I were seeking and found us a place with speed and ease. We were decided on a new apartment within 24 hours and she handled everything for us. The knowledge of the market and the ability to tailor that to precisely what we had said we needed was extremely impressive, particularly during such a difficult time. In January 2019, Knight Frank were mandated with the task of managing the expedited sale of our multi-million pound home based in Kensington, London
As is common knowledge, the viable sale of assets in this price class has been severely affected by the ongoing BREXIT caused uncertainty.
Despite this, Knight Frank (superbly represented by Jessica Bishop) were recently able to secure a tenable buyer at a commercially attractive price point.
The structure of the transaction, and the nature of the buyer, were all very complex and unorthodox. In spite of this, Jessica Bishop steered the transaction to exchange expertly.
Working alongside her has been an absolute joy. She has proven herself to be an accomplished professional displaying copious amounts of resilience, tact, intelligence and patience throughout the process.
I would have no hesitation in either working with Jessica again or recommending her services (plus that of Knight Frank) to others.
