The house sale was an extremely stressful one, with many various hiccups along a 3 year stretch. The sale was handled by several other agents before going to WH Brown. Finally with them the sales experience was dealt with in a way which far exceeded expectations, in handling prospective buyers, viewings, the proceedings of the sale and keeping on top of the sale communication, rather than service being far below standard before going with them.

I was very pleased with the staff in the Coggeshall branch. Simon, Ben & David in particular. Also Dan (broker - Rainham branch). Between the 4 of them they got the deal through.
I felt the deal would fall through due to the solicitors - this is a review for another day.
I spoke to Simon regular throughout the process & I believe he’s persistent follow ups are the reason the solicitors on the selling side eventually sorted theirselves out.
Simon remained professional & consistent throughout. He is very determined from
the start.
I would/will definitely recommend Simon to anyone.

myself and my partner have just completed after buying our first home with William H Brown Coggeshall. from the beginning Simon and Ben were really helpful friendly and approachable. we had lots of problems with premier property lawyers (that's a review for another day), but throughout Ben and Simon were supportive caring and professional. Even after completion Simon has been able to help answer questions as we had no idea what we were doing.
Special mention to David in the back who got us an amazing deal with out mortgage, he explained it so well in simple terms and ensured that I fully understood the entire process. For me being a woman in my mid twenties, working with David was as if I was talking to a father figure kind and caring as well as professional and attentive.
I would defiantly be using William H Brown Coggeshall in the future.
