I chose to sell a property through W H Brown in Fakenham for a second time. I assisted my mother to sell her property approx 5 years ago, and received such an excellent service, that I did not even consider going to any other estate agent when needing to sell another property.
They always have such a welcoming response when you set foot into their office. They have always kept me update with any progress throughout the selling process, and have given advice and guided me with any enquiries that I found, when I have sought help.
Everyone in the office have been cheerful courteous and respectful to myself.
I would not hesitate to use them again if needed

Do not use this "estate agent" they are hopelessly inefficient and totally unprofessional. They have no knowledge of who might be viewing your property, they repeatedly fail to send out particulars to potential buyers and cannot even send out offers from potential buyers, they are hopelessly inept. They leave viewers sitting outside your property awaiting an agent to show them round even though you have told them you want to do viewings yourself. Totally useless estate agent, please do not use them.
