4th Nov 2025 (12 weeks ago)My mum recently sold her property in Tottenham and I dealt with the process on her behalf. We approached Cousins and dealt with Thomas Mullen when he came for the valuation. He was friendly, professional and approachable. During the process I also dealt with Michael Paul, Michael Dornelly, Claire Savage and Huseyin Siringul who were all part of the team and were all as equally helpful as Tom. The process did take some time but Tom was great at keeping our buyer informed which helped with her remaining patient as our purchase was also progressing at the same time. Very happy with the service overall.

El lugar es muy seguro y limpio. Recomendado para gente que tiene menos de 50años porque hay que subir escalera y cargar las maletas.
16th Sep 2025 (19 weeks ago)Completely uncommunicative and rude. Ignored me entirely when I asked for updates on the return of my deposit after moving out despite 4 follow up emails spanning two weeks. Tried to blame established issues from previous tenants on us demand that we fix them prior to moving out, despite them being photographed as issues in inventory before we moved in. Very quick to roll out contracts and keen to move tenants in, but entirely useless and unresponsive in move out. Nearly 3 weeks after moving out and I still do not have my deposit back nor have the agency responded to my individual emails expressing my concerns. I do NOT recommend.

19th Jan 2026 (5 days ago)I have recently rented a flat through this agency and it has been a great experience so far! I’ve had terrible experiences with various estate agents in the past (particularly the big chains…) but you can really feel the difference with this one being independent. They don’t seem out to get you and the great service doesn’t stop as soon as you put your deposit down! Kevin has been amazing and unlike any other agent I’ve dealt with - he’s honest, super responsive and quick to answer my questions (including out of hours), he’s efficient, pragmatic and has made everything very smooth and easy for me throughout the process. He’s also been super helpful with my move-in and follow-up queries. Definitely the best and most personable service I’ve ever had from an estate agent - 10/10 would recommend and I will be sure to reach out to him for any searches I might need in the future!

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

7th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

I rented a studio in Chalk Farm for a year and ended up staying for three - fantastic location, safe, excellent use of space, the most comfortable bed, very bright with massive windows, excellent central heating and hot water, ample storage and large fridge, quiet neighbours, it felt like home. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Josh handled all the contract-related communication from start to finish, and Russell the maintenance side. I couldn't have asked for better! Both extremely responsive and efficient, very friendly, professional and approachable. They respect privacy and confidentiality, which is very important for me. 5 stars as well for the landlord who treats even the smallest issue seriously and likes to keep the properties in order. I will not hesitate to rent from them in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you for the most amazing tenancy so far. Adriana (flat 2)

Great support and happy with my experience!- 20th Jan 2026 (4 days ago)Yesterday I received an email from Dexter's informing me that a viewing had been booked at my property. The name of the person and the upcoming date were also given, which is probably a data breach. I no longer live at this property. This 'property' was my home which me and my family were forced to move out of last August 2025. Receiving this email was another insult to the very large injury we felt at losing our home of 19 years. A home that we had never been late with a rent payment on and had always looked after very well. The 'eviction' was in order to fully refurbish the flat and rent it again. Does Dexter's have any understanding of what someone's home means to them? From our experience I can categorically say no. Its curious that an estate agents, who are in the business of housing people, have nothing in place to facilitate long term tenants? Our experience was as little as possible was done on the flat whilst we lived there to ensure it was 'up to market rate' standards - patch up jobs, cheapest solutions, and yet constant pressure every year to raise the rent. In the last 4 years we lived there the rent went up by over £500 per month. What we were constantly being told was it was below the market rent. And our reply was, 'well its shabby, so a market rent isn't fair, please do some work on it.' Dexter's insensitive solution was to evict us. Their business model doesn't take care of long term tenants, who love their home and want to remain in it. We offered every solution possible, even finding a temporary place to go to, whilst the works took place. Dexters did everything to ensure this wasn't possible. Shame on them, they are an atrocious estate agents.
