24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.
30th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)Very bad service. They are liars. When you get in their property once you're are screwed as they don't respond to any of your calls afterwards. Two of their employees named abul & yen were very misbehaving. They don't know how to talk to their clients. So all in all, they are no good. Would never deal with them ever again.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

26th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)I'm not quite sure how to get across how incredible my experience with Foxtons has been. One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.- 23rd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Foxtons Wood Green are very incompetent. They’ll charge you for days that you haven’t spent in a house. I left the property in March and they insisted that my family had to pay an extra month until April which is absolutely ridiculous. We were over charged £348.60 which, they refuse to refund and they tried to charge us over 4K by accident, how a company could make such a huge mistake will never make sense to me. Dealing with foxtons has been a nightmare and staff are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend!
