From being a first home time buyer, this was a much easier process. Umar was exceptional and was probably the reason I bought in the area - outstanding service and would recommend this team for any one's housing requirements
it is a shame i cant put -10!never ever i dealt with an agent who simply refused to show me requested properties. i called first time 3 weeks ago 3 times on friday to the office to book a viewing for saturday, nobody was available in sales and i have left 3 messages with my name, number and email address as well as we what i wanted to view.silence. i called 4th time and managed to speak to Mina, who didnt take any of my details so i asked for his, send him an email with timing for saturday and was waiting. silence.nothing on friday, saturday, monday...i am calling again on tuesday. nobody available from sales but they will call me back. received a call (only one call in 3 weeks time) that Mina apparently got my email just never responded back as he never hear back from the vendor and not sure when can book me in, but he will call me back.than whole week nothing. my partner is calling to book a viewing - the same story, spoken to Mina who never called back to book him either.
calling again this monday (3 weeks after), spoken to Nick who said that the house i wanted to view is not longer available as vendor has change his mind to sell - the house is still on the market ! but Nick said he could book me in for another house i wanted to see for this wednesday at 4pm and will send me a confirmation after we finish a call. never received one, no one called me to reconfirm or to show the house today as been agreed.
any reason why you going to work guys?is it not part of your job to call and book people in for viewings and actually sell the properties?

I have dealt with many letting agents in the past. But first time with a so disorganized like Hobarts, In a matter of hours a flat with parking, furnished and negotiable price had nothing of all that. in 1 hour the price wasn't negotiable. In two hours the flat was only unfurnished and in 3 hours i wasn't allowed to use the parking. What a great experience
Winkworths in Harringey were excellent in selling our house quickly. They were polite, attentive and knowledgable. I would recommend them & use them again.
I had constant bad experiences at Winkworth Haringay. Ashley, Stephanie Stavrou, Maria Sklavou, Rosie Ioannou are the names of the staff who were either using an unprofesional tone or being inefficient. We got unclear advice since the beginning when trying to rent the property and things did not get any better throughout the tenancy period. For example the Head of property management (Stephanie Stavrou) took almost a week to contact the landlord and get a date to repair the carbon monoxide alarm (legally required to fix immediately), which was faulty and turning on constantly at random hours. Their service was far from 4.7 stars and I am sure that I am not the only real customer having this opinion.
Sheikh Alam is simply the best estate agent that I came across during my 2 year search for a home. He was professional, friendly and sincere. He really has great communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential, especially when dealing with a first time buyer!
He is an asset to any company.

Other than setting up camp in KFH offices, I’m unsure what more we can do to cajole the agents into solving the numerous problems they have created for us with regards to our rental. Our constant calls and emails have been met with various non-answers which has left us in an unclean property, filled with litter with plaster falling from the walls and no keys. What a disaster - avoid letting from KFH at all costs!
