Think twice before letting your property out with this agent, they are absolutely useless. They have no communication between each other and also the tenants they find, they do not do enough research on. When there's an issue, they will pass the buck to one another. Paid a full management fee but felt like i was the person managing. I'm finally glad that i've got rid of them, don't even put yourself through it. I won't mention any names but i'm sure the people that are reading this, know who they are!... Read more

Worst estate agency I ever meet! We moved out of the house almost 6 weeks ago, on 14 June 2022 and they still refuse to refund us the deposit money, making all sort of false claims that the grass was not trimmed in the garden-even if we do have proof that we trimmed when we left and have the initial inventory pictures to prove , that the curtains were not fitted on the tracks, that we broke the shed locks even though the shed never had any functional locks.... When we call them for the deposit money they say that we have to talk to DPS , but they don't respond to the claims on DPS website. They claim that they are impartial but clearly that took the landlord's side as the landlord has another 8 houses rented by this agency so they obviously don't want to lose this landlord so they try to keep our deposit money for the landlord. It's a shame that an estate agency plays this dirty after we have lived in the same house for 5 years and not even one day delayed with the monthly payments!!! Shocking… Wrights have left a fire alarm going off in one of their vacant apartments for 3 days. This is having an impact on neighbours who are unable to sleep with the echoing noise. I have contacted wrights on numerous occasions who have shown no care towards neighbours and still are yet to rectify the issue. Another night sleeping on the sofa….... Read more

14 years of renting and this is by far the worst Estate agent I ever had. Charging nearly all my deposit money in the name of cleaning for a one bed flat built in '66. Their guidance and support during what has been a fairly stressful period has been exemplary, from the initial valuation, and the quality of their marketing material, through multiple viewings (always providing timely feedback) to securing an early full-price offer. Thereafter they continued to monitor progress of the legal formalities, keeping communication channels open at all times. Going one step further, appreciating my geographical distance from the actual property, the Wrights team undertook regular checking of the house to provide me with reassurance – something which was very much appreciated. Thank you to Wrights Stevenage! We recently sold my flat, and from the very first conversation with Wrights, all the way through to completion yesterday, Wrights were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Linzi managed to get us full asking price after only one viewing, which is incredible! The vendor we were buying from up the chain was very demanding, wanting a short turn around and Megan, Linzi and Natalie were all fantastic in chasing my buyer and his solicitor for things, communicating with our vendor and keeping the process moving. Well what can I say. I bought a property through Wrights last year and I have just sold a property through them this week. Outstanding service, very punctual, always willing to go the extra mile for me. I would Highly recommend Wrights Of Stevenage . They sold my house with in a few days and had 2 offers on the 1st 2 appointments. Dont get suckered into Estate agents trying to charge you for professional pictures.
