Wrights is proud to be an independent estate agency with our own unique values and ethos. We have been in business in Stevenage for over 30 years and our experience in helping our customers to buy, sell or rent their properties is second to none. I should like to say a big "Thank you" to the whole team at Wrights, Stevenage, following the sale of my parents’ former home. Their guidance and support during what has been a fairly stressful period has been exemplary, from the initial valuation, and the quality of their marketing material, through multiple viewings (always providing timely feedback) to securing an early full-price offer. Thereafter they continued to monitor progress of the legal formalities, keeping communication channels open at all times. Going one step further, appreciating my geographical distance from the actual property, the Wrights team undertook regular checking of the house to provide me with reassurance – something which was very much appreciated.
I would not wish to single out particular individuals, a sentiment I am sure they would echo, given that they operate seamlessly as a professional team. Each and every one of them is a credit to the company. They know their stuff, they get results and they are jolly nice people to deal with – Well done all at Wrights, Stevenage!

Thank you to Wrights Stevenage! We recently sold my flat, and from the very first conversation with Wrights, all the way through to completion yesterday, Wrights were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Linzi managed to get us full asking price after only one viewing, which is incredible! The vendor we were buying from up the chain was very demanding, wanting a short turn around and Megan, Linzi and Natalie were all fantastic in chasing my buyer and his solicitor for things, communicating with our vendor and keeping the process moving. After a week of house searching we met the sales manager at Wrights in Stevenage, Linzi, during the first days of September. One month later we got they keys to our home. Needless to say we are extremely happy with her service. She listened, gave amazing advice and kept her word. We cannot recommend this agency enough if you want to buy in Stevenage!

Professional, Friendly and Efficient

I had a horrible experience with Wrights of Hatfield. As an oversea landlord they made my life miserable.
1. Response was always SLOW, I need to follow-up multiple times. If they get back to you in 3 days consider yourself lucky.
2. They liked to replace a lot of things, for example, they suggested that the curtain needs to be replaced and quoted me £650 pound. I found a handy man who did it for £150 including materials.
3. The tenants left the flat in a disaster status (see photos), when Wrights supposed to perform status check on a frequent basis.
3. They let my flat sit there empty for months, kept telling me on one was interested. I switched to Strats, they got me a tenant within a week.
