I'm really grateful to Trish and Kaci for helping me find the flat that's right for me. Kaci in particular put in a lot of work to get me moved in ASAP, and offered help whenever I needed it. I'm very thankful to the team at Connells! (Should also add the Trish was really helpful and understanding when I arrived late for a late viewing due to train delays!)

Brilliant service from beginning to end and I'm sure it will continue into our tenancy. Kaci is brilliant, professional and answered all our questions. She reassured us and explained everything in detail throughout the entire process. Most importantly emails were replied to promptly. Not to mention she was just a phone call away. We're first time renters, so to have someone that clearly cares for your needs and understands how to work with people is a great aid to any company. One week we're viewing a flat, the next week we've got the keys. Amazing. Thank you again for such great service.
