So unprofessional I am amazed they are still trading.
Would not recommend this Estate Agents for anything, do not even bother to try and buy, rent or sell through these, 100% they will lie and deceive you.
Found them to be very unprofessional, underhand and extremely rude.
Sellers/buyers/renters need to be aware of how deceiving they are.

Have had to cancel contract as they did not put my property on a market for more than a month after signing contract.

I have rented my property through Connells for the last 3 years. Throughout this time I have continually dealt with Tricia. She has always been helpful, securing good tenants & dealing with any queries both promptly and effectively.

Had one viewing, the agent was quite unprofessional. Apparently they just handled the viewing and had no actual info on the flat and what the landlord was looking for. Tried to book more viewings but each time I called they would say they'd get back to me. Spoiler: they never did. Wasted way too much time trying to let through this agent. TL;DR stay away, don't waste your time like I did.

Had several issues dealing with them called to tey to rectify, was promises a call back. Nothing! Went in branch asking to speak to a manager ... no manager available was promised one would get in touch. Still nothing. Dont seem to take data protection very seriously!

I have been chasing them for two weeks. They are very slow and don't bother to acknowledge emails. I have to keep calling them to pursue them or get an update. Very annoying and inconvenience.

I have used Connells Estate Agents for letting my property back in August. I have choose them among 2 other estate agents as they seemed to have very individual approach. Lettings agent - April is very responsive and quickly replies to my emails. So far so good. I'm looking forward to working with Connells.

Rental Property became available on the Saturday, called at 10:00 for a viewing, was assured a callback, No response.

Waited till Monday, now anxious that we would lose the rental called @ 8:30, asked to take the property without viewing.
Assured it could be done and was told once again we'd be called back. Nothing again.

Called them all day (5 times) on Tuesday, no answer.

Called on Wednesday, property is gone.

What a s***show, would be 0 stars if it could be.

To date the service I have received has been very good. Paul, the agent I have been dealing with, has been honest, open and straight forward with me, I could wish for no more.

Paul has just phoned me to inform me that he has already got someone wishing to view my property, only a couple of hours after it went on the market.
