I sold my 3 bed terrace through William H Brown. It was a fairly difficult sale given the current market condition, but branch manager, Jack worked hard with his team to eventually get the sale through.

Overall a really positive experience of WHB Stevenage, all phone contact points with the wider team were friendly, positive and helpful.
In particular I would mention John Salter, my intial meeting point from which I decided to appoint WHB out of 4 potential candidates, and Jack Elston, with whom I had most of my interactions during the sale process.
Jack acted as a good conduit for communications between buyer, myself (being a remote family executor seller) and advisers. He was always available to deal with issues which arose to the point of responding to one of my emails when he was on a family holiday overseas.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The service me and my partner received was extremely supportive and throughout our application we have been supported by Deniz from the start until the end. I remember precisely he worked late for us one of the days until 9pm to sort something out which does prove to us that he’s really hard working man and enjoys what he’s doing. The more I say is less. Every time we had a question, he always always replied quick, supporting us fully making sure we’re okay and he’s very friendly plus explains everything in such detail and his guidance was top notch! For myself and my partner’s experience we 100% recommend Deniz for anyone’s mortgage application as he’s the best! When going through the application, he mentioned to us a date when we will be getting our keys (mind you that was a rough calculation) We got it before it! We are grateful we did our application through him. We’ve passed his contact emails as well to our friends and family as we know they will have smooth communication and application process too.
