I was introduced and highly recommended to YOUhome by my solicitor after an appalling experience with one of the high street agencies when my sale fell through. I was slightly apprehensive about taking on an unknown agency but after a few email exchanges with the founder, Laurence Lai, and a follow up phone call, there was little doubt that they were the agency I needed. Laurence had thoroughly scrutinised where the gaps in the marketing of my property were, he highlighted where we could focus to get maximum exposure for my flat using a combination of old school and new school tools and he assured me he could sell my property. What impressed me most was his enthusiasm, his dynamic approach and his utmost confidence in his team.
YOUhome did what they promised and sold my apartment.
I am still taken aback at the difference in the experience I had with YOUhome and the previous high street agency. This person for me was Victoria Peters from YOUhome Property Gurus. We signed a contract and she took care of everything, from that moment I was surrounded by care, attention and, of course, a professional approach. It is very important when at crucial moments of life, next to you is not just a professional, but also a person of great soul. The search was long and interesting, but for the first time, the search for an apartment was accompanied by only positive emotions. We found the apartment of my dreams! All documents were prepared on time. And the deal went through! I was very lucky with the realtor. Victoria Peters is a very competent specialist and a pleasant person! Can't say enough about the great experience we had with Tim Johnston and YOUhome with finding and purchasing our Shoreditch flat. Tim listened to our requirements, then did such a good job on the legwork that we made an offer on the first flat we viewed. This saved us a tremendous amount of time. Then, Tim was with us through the whole way with price negotiation (and renegotiation!), getting us the best deal we could get, then taking the lead as we encountered complications.
