I dealt with Soroush and Claudio from KFH while purchasing a property in HP - both outstanding professional in the real estate market in London and extremely knowledgeable about HP. My review is for Soroush Prado who helped me with my property search in 2023 /2024. I was looking for a long time and met with many agents and Soroush was by far the most helpful, professional, honest and kind agent I dealt with. He has an exemplary knowledge of West London and went above and beyond on many occasions to advise me on a particular property, road or area. From the very first meeting I had a sense of Soroush being trustworthy which (unfortunately) is a rare trait in sales agents, in my experience. Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with Neilo working at the branch of Holland Park. She lacks professionalism and respect. I came across a property that I was really interested in, when I called up to arrange a viewing on Thursday 23/11/23 to see the property (let alone the fact that she was yawning on the phone saying that she just started but it sounded like she just woke up) her first comment was “this area is very luxurious and we do not rent it out to people like that” I said sorry what do you mean? She repeats herself saying that these kind of properties are only let to people that know what they are looking for..! It actually raises HUGE concerns about how discriminatory and disrespectful this lady is. After telling her that I have already had two viewings the previous week at the exact same building, her next comment was “oh really?”!. I was available to view the property on that same day, she told me that she was fully booked on that day, so I asked her if any of her other colleagues would be available to do the viewing, she replied saying that she is the only one managing this property and that it is not possible for anyone else to access the property, she added saying that the property is tenanted and hence we will not be able to view it on the same day, however other people have still managed to view the property on that same day and placed an offer for the property and the offer was accepted by the landlord already!
Conclusion is the property is gone, she was not honest nor professional because on the other hand, her other colleagues Jack and Laura were extremely friendly and beyond helpful, they answered all my questions and were happy to offer alternative properties when Neilo was looking to remove me from the system as the property was gone. I really want this to be looked into, I hope that a manager would listen to the first phone call I had with her on Thursday 23rd November to see how disrespectful she was to me on the phone.
I am very disappointed and frustrated KFH.

As I'm moving from Canada, I had a lot of questions about the process, and he was more than happy to answer them.
He was also very accommodating of the 8 hour time difference between us when doing virtual viewings or speaking on the phone.

As a buyer, looking to purchase my first apartment in London, I had an amazing experience working with Claudio and KFH who had a property in their portfolio that I ended up purchasing. We were able to get from offer accepted to completion within 2.5 months and this speedy process would have not been possible if it weren't for the great work from KFH. In particular:
> Attentive - I felt that Claudio really paid attention to learning what my needs were and what I was looking for. We were able to shortlist and view all the properties that met the criteria.
> Superb communication - Honestly, Claudio is probably one of the best communicators that I've come across. He answers any questions you have about the property within the hour and for important questions, he is not afraid to pick up the phone and chat through them with you. He would also check in and share updates, so you were never left wondering what was happening and this is very reassuring especially in such a stressful process.
> Very knowledgeable - Claudio knew the neighbourhood very well and was able to shed a lot of light on some of the advantages and disadvantages specific to my circumstances. He was also very knowledgeable about the properties and if he wasn't sure, he wasn't going to BS you but would rather verify with the Seller and confirm the details very quickly.
> Effective - There were times things were moving a little bit slow between the Seller's solicitors and my own. Claudio would help me to chase them down and try move things quicker. This was instrumental and truly helped my move the completion over the line in a short time.
Overall, stellar experience working with Claudio and if you're looking for an estate agent who will go the extra mile to find you the next perfect home within their portfolio, then I'd highly recommend Claudio & KFH!

Nothing but superlatives.
Was planning a move back to London after many years and having contacted and dealt with a number of agents, I have to say that KFH Holland Park trumps everyone hands down!
Perhaps other agents just want to flip over a rental and not really wanting to invest time and effort on outright purchases. But not KFH.
Many nearby agents didn't even return my calls or got back to me 3 months later with a 'are you still looking for a property' response. However KFH especially, Mr. Claudio Correia, got back to me straight away, made the personal introduction and offered a 5 star service throughout. Also going above and beyond on many many occasions.
KFH Holland Park are courteous and professional from the get-go - supported by an extremely responsive and friendly team in the office.
I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would use again.

Bought a property sold by KFH. The estate agent put so much pressure on us throughout the process. I mentioned a couple of times it was too much pressure (called myself and my husband every day) and it was only on one side because when we needed some information he wasnt very reactive. Finally, we had to chase him to get the keys on the day of the completion and got them at the end of the day while we had delivery planned on the afternoon.
Most estate agent offer champagne at the completion of the sale but we didnt get anything, not even an email to congratulate us. I didnt have a great experience.

I purchased a property in March 2021 amidst the pandemic. Most property firms I had dealt with at the time were extremely unprofessional and blamed all and every unfortunate circumstance on COVID.
Not the case with KFH Holland Park, as a first purchase I was nervous and unsure at nearly every step of the way. I rented a flat through KFH last May Thee service was good, and Amera, who I dealt with, was very professional and could not have been more polite or helpful. However, I will not be using KFH again unless they employ a different referencing service. HomeLet, who provide this service for KFH, are the worst and most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with in my life, and the way they treated me was abominable, petty, and totally unnecessary. I will never forget it, and I am still upset about it. My advice would be not to rent a property through KFH if they are still using HomeLet.

Overall: OUTSTANDING.
I engaged KFH to sell a property in the Holland Park area on behalf of another individual, and dealt with Freddie who, really, throughout has gone well above and beyond what might be expected in terms of marketing and selling the property.
To explain, I do not live close and the property required completely emptying, and various other aspects along the way. Amongst other things, Freddie assisted in that process by providing contacts, opening the property up to let both maintenance and other people in at my request, together with checking that certain work had been completed.
In relation to the sale itself, he was diligent and in a relatively short 6 week period, the property had over 40 viewings, and 5 offers. He was in constant contact, updating and advising me appropriately and helping in pushing the sale through.
Most importantly, he "owned" the whole process (not just the sale), making it his "own" rather than it seeming to be a long list of people who were mildly involved in multiple sales for a variety of home owners.
Engaging, very friendly and communicate, Freddie has provided first class, sterling service throughout - thank you!! I have been seriously impressed!!

5 Stars all the way for the Lettings Team. As a first-time landlord I could have gone with any number of agencies, but selected KFH - and am delighted with their service. They found great tenants and, when my tenant had to unexpectedly return to the US and break the tenancy, were quick to find another. All a great team, but Will Storey in particular couldn't be easier to deal with or more helpful in explaining how things work and what I needed to have done, and Laura C was super efficient with contracts, certificates, etc. A great, local agent, with their feet firmly on the ground.

Neil and Robbie helped me to sell my flat for a record price (per sq ft for a flat on the road) in just 21 days from offer to contracts exchange. I engaged four estate agents (inc. Foxtons, Barnard Marcus and Marsh & Parsons), but KFH was the best, because they communicated regularly with me, had the most viewings and had an excellent cash buyer. Robbie was superb at pushing the transaction forward by chasing me, both solicitors, managing agent, etc. Some estate agents never bothered to update me at all, but KFH were really on-the-ball.

Property manager of this real estate is the worst I have ever found:
- when I did the check-in they send a lady who didn't know which one was the flat...she went at the 3rd floor of the building,instead the flat was at the ground;
- I've sent 16 emails to get solved different problems as: broken toilet seat,broken bedroom door, full side of the wardrobe occupied by landlord's bedding and to get an answer from the Property manager I had to call the estate agent who let us the flat every time;
- they didn't tell me that the land phone line was not available to plug in the broadband,so I've been paying the broadband without having a service;
And after one month from my check in they only say: we will send someone to have a look...problems need to be sorted out.
The worst property manager service ever,DON'T LET A FLAT with them,because since the check-in you would be completely alone to manage everything,and they should do,based on fact that you already paid them.
