I recently contacted KFH to get some guidance on the local market. I spoke to their Sales Director, Soroush who was more than happy to help me. He showcased his extensive knowledge of the area, detailing how the prices can differ depending on the street as well as the style of the building (period, purpose block etc).
If you're thinking of selling your property and want an accurate valuation with sound advice, I would highly recommend speaking to Soroush!

The very same day, he had us viewing a range of suitable properties.
