After being lied to about costs and time scales, I have been met with a truely unprofessional and unorganised service. I then discover that the staff have left my property open, not bothering to lock the external doors and still cannot speak to a manager. Great agents if you want a terrible service and all your possessions stealing

We chose Your Move over other estate agents as we were very impressed from the onset. Our valuer James even came round on his day off to go through paperwork and get the contract signed. Our flat itself was on the market for a week, we had a viewing morning booked which was so convenient for us. By the end of the day we already had offers above the asking price, and over the next few days more offers can in above what we could have hoped.
The weeks following after we had been put in a difficult situation with the seller of the house we wanted to purchase. Katie at Your Move was quite literally our rock and so understanding, guiding us through exactly what we should do. She made a very stressful situation a whole lot less stressful. She was always on the end of the phone when we needed her and nothing was ever too much. Thank you again for all your help! I have no problems recommending you all, and already have to the rest of the flats in my block!

Having had generally bad experiences with agencies before, we found Donna and the team to be extremely helpful in helping us to move into a very nice unfurnished house. Would highly consider using again for finding accomodation or even for managing one of my own properties. :)

I would like to say a huge thank you to Katie, Greg and Tom who were very helpful whilst I sold a house and also had to go through a remortgage.
Katie was exceptionally friendly and stepped in and helped with the sale of my home going through.
Greg was also exceptionally helpful with my remortgage, he explained everything to me and kept me updated.
Tom also was exceptionally helpful from start to finish when I first started the process of selling he talked me through everything and helped me to understand everything which would be happening through the sale process every step of the way.
I would like to say a huge thank you to you all who made everything easier through a stressful time and have already recommended you to friends and family when they are ready to sell or buy.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Donna at Your Move. She has gone above and beyond normal service to help me find somewhere to live over Christmas. I came to her in a bit of a desperate state as we needed to find a family home within a week for a short term let and she went out of her way to help me. I would recommend Your Move to anyone looking to rent a property as they really do go the extra mile to help. I have had 2 very pleasing experiences with Your Move Coventry & Nuneaton. Firstly we had my Father-in-Laws house valued by Tom. Very well presented, friendly and knowledgeable. Biggest thing for me was that he was down to earth and explained things to me on my level. Tom also helped me and my partner compare mortgages rates for our first house purchase and explained things thoroughly which was vital as we felt like we were in a minefield to begin with. A lovely lady called Beth showed us around some house viewings as well, very friendly and answered all our questions (no matter how simple they were). The Your Move team have been brilliant to us and really made us feel at home, while looking for our first home.
