WOW!! What can I say that would do justice to Zest Homes & Lettings Ltd., based at Herne Bay Kent. From my very first contact, with Sales Manger, Michelle we have received nothing but tip-top support from the team. Following our very first query, in respect of seeking a potential long-term rental property, within minutes, we were sent through, by email, a plethora of potential lettings and this has been maintained on a regular basis throughout our search. Clearly, Zest Homes Ltd., has displayed a much higher level of professionalism to some of the other agencies we contacted, where responses took several days or as we encountered in respect of one agency, no return contact was received at all!!. All in all, therefore, Zest Homes Sales and Lettings Ltd., proved absolutely Top Notch and as such, are an Agency that from our experience, has showed itself to be Second To None! This review is totally unsolicited and has been written purely on my/our own recent personal experience. If you are looking for a new home then, Michelle and the team at Zest are my 100% recommendation! From enquiry to move in was under a month, we needed things dealt with quickly and efficiently and that’s exactly what the team done. We had a viewing on a Sunday at short notice which is just unheard of and the house was cleaned top to bottom before we moved in. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.
