They have worked so hard to tie in our sale and purchase on what was an extremely long chain! The initial experience we had with zest was fantastic but unfortunately communication fell short. We were not updated weekly as we were informed we would be. There were also spelling mistakes in our advert on right move and Zoopla. Unfortunately for this reason, I cannot at this time recommend zest. Michelle is a lovely lady, she has a great aura and approach, I think we may have been unlucky as it seems her normal standard is high.... Read more
