Wards, Herne Bay, were professional and very helpful. I was helped by Maria Byrne who answered all my questions and gave advice that I hadn't even thought about. I live several miles from her office and I dont drive but she arranged for me to get documents through my local Wards office and also through the Canterbury office. She couldn't have done more.

We can't be the easiest customers (we are so picky) this never deters Adam and he continues to support us, positively, in our property journey. I should have negotiated a more competitive agent fee. I felt the fee was very high. However, A buyer was found quickly. and given the unprecedented circumstances due to Covid 19 the sale and purchase of my new property took around 3 months about average.
