Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, even within a very short time frame. Jazmyn was incredibly helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout the entire process, which made a stressful move feel much smoother. The team is very thorough with referencing, documentation, and payments. Every step was well-organised, transparent, and secure, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. Overall, the process was smooth, structured, and reliable. 3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Probably my worst experience of an estate agent, having an offer accepted with the caveat of not showing any other buyers, to then being told they’ve had a higher offer, when I suggested I would see about a counter offer, I was told don’t bother the client is going with the other buyers, there’s a couple of reasons why they weren’t willing to listen to offers from us, poorly managed

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. Being based a fair distance from the property I wanted an estate agents we could rely on to handle everything and we couldn’t not have hoped for better! From my first conversation I knew we’d be in good hands, Graham was fabulous with my elderly parents, reassuring, professional and patient helping them through the process. The team had a viewing arranged within a week and pictures uploaded to the website super quickly - the photos they arranged really made the most of the property. My parents are really happy that in less than 3 weeks Emily kindly called after just the second viewing to let us know we had a great offer and once accepted ran through initial details. Huge thanks to Emily, Shane and Graham for all of their hard work and support they’ve been wonderful and so reassuring to know they my parents will be looked after during the next steps of the sale.

We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
