19th Dec 2025 (29 days ago)The team at Mann in Canterbury are absolutely atrocious. They are so hard to get hold of and never return calls or emails. Communication is very poor and everyone seems to pass the buck. Would avoid like the plague and use some better agents elsewhere.

4th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)The whole team are exactly that - a really good TEAM. Super professional and so helpful. The sale has been a nightmare journey, mainly my fault. Not once did they loose patience with me, always on hand to advise. Showed great communication skills. I have called the office so many times, I feel like Emily is my personal PA and Frayer is quick to jump in and help. Graham what a salesman! The best in the business, not many of us can keep up with him, but he knows exactly what is going on and how best to help people. Grace keeps it altogether calmly with her admin skills and David is on hand for mortgage issues. Shane smiles as you walk in and is ready to assist. Great team work

Their email responses were extremely quick, often within an hour. Ali was particularly supportive throughout the process, and Jade was very helpful as well. Great experience overall.

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. Their friendly professionalism and knowledge of the buying and selling process was so reassuring, and we are both really grateful for your guidance. Thank you!
