Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. 1st Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

8th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)I think selling a home is stressful. Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder. We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out. I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they! I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning. I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

12th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)We had are house sold by a different estate agents but Kent estate agencies were the agency for the house we was buying. Hugo who was dealing with it was exceptional, always following up, there for any queries we had etc etc went that extra mile unlike are own estate agents who we had to constantly chase up got no info a bit useless tbh you defo seen the difference between the 2 - non existent customer service with one we used and second to none with Hugo at the whitstable office estate agents. We should (if known this earlier) went with them as well, highly recommend Kent estate agencies 100%

4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Honestly the worst experience of dealing with an agent. Do not use them if you are selling your house or wanting to but a house. As a buyer, they didn't put out offer to the vendor, when they finally did after phoning daily to chase, it was accepted. They took 4 weeks to send out a memorandum in which time they asked for our details 3 times as kept losing. The vendor pulled out due to their time delay and they didn't tell us. They cost us £360 in getting the survey done after they knew the vendor had pulled out. We haven't had a call back once with an update, and the staff lie to cover their mistakes. We didn't find out from them that the vendor has pulled out and 4 weeks later are still waiting for Joe the apparent manager to call us back. Honestly the worst experience, and we are not surprised the vendor pulled out if age had the same experience as us

They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

He called back later, as promised, with additional information about the property that we had asked about. He gave us plenty of time to look around without making us feel hurried. I'm so hoping we can sell ours quickly before this place goes. It has everything about it to make it a great future home.
