Never again. I lacked confidence in them, example in their words 'researching the correct steps to fulfil the sale'. It's a Park Home you don't even need a solicitor! Although I had used them before and dropped out of selling due to health problems they APPROACHED ME this time fully aware of acting for a 70 year old with heart problems and again when the stress and uncertainty caused health issues to flare instead of understanding that they knowingly had gone into the risk charged £1200 with the various bullshit excuses about 'researching correct steps' Errrr... You're an Estate Agents! Park Homes aren't exactly hens teeth around Torbay you should like Connells be well aware of how to sell one and 'hand delivered documents' errr...I offered to come and collect them and was told by the office not to bother as they had someone just round the corner that afternoon who would 'pop them through the letter box'. So in summary a small charge would have shown decency and common sense, £1200 for a risk they touted for is in my opinion the proof of their attitude and why I would most certainly never go near them again.

Brilliant service on the sale of our house. Absolute could have not done more for us - very professional and polite. Great service all round. Would definitely recommend Absolute.

Spoken to a lady in the office, trying to find a property in Torquay to rent . I have been sent some paperwork to fill in , by Holly who was polite. I could not fill the paperwork in as it wanted format , phone back I spoke to another lady . Who was not very helpful she said I can’t help you, you will just have send everything in a email. And put the phone down on me before I could finish .

We experienced very friendly, professional and responsive service from the staff in the Brixham Office. Lewis and Louise were particularly helpful and proactive in progressing our transaction. They were always ready to answer our questions and liaise with other parties' solicitors. Excellent service all round.

Had a great experience buying a house with Brixham Absolute, I dealt with both Lewis and Chris and found them easy to talk to and professional during the whole process. My emails were replied to in a very timely manner and they even gave me a wonderful moving in gift. I would highly recommend them.
