The people at Absolute were fine to start with. Full of energy to sell your home.Had a little flurry of viewers to start then everything when cold. Accepted a low offer however agent did not keep in touch with me our the possible buyer so lost sale and my purchase.only then got one more viewer after I had given them notice. The sale of my property came at a difficult time personally for me, compounded by the fact that the first buyers pulled out at contract signing stage, so it wasn't easy to stay calm. However, despite the difficulties, Frank managed to take a philosophical view and handled everything very professionally. He was always pleasant and cheerful and when new buyers were found, did everything possible to move things along as quickly as possible. It was a very satisfactory end to what could have been a nightmare.
