Spoken to a lady in the office, trying to find a property in Torquay to rent . I have been sent some paperwork to fill in , by Holly who was polite. I could not fill the paperwork in as it wanted format , phone back I spoke to another lady . Who was not very helpful she said I can’t help you, you will just have send everything in a email. Great service from everyone I dealt with at both the Paignton and Brixham offices, from the initial suggestions of suitable properties right through to the final collection of keys. Special mentions to Lewis who was a pleasure to deal with, keeping me informed of developments and answering queries and Claire who went out if her way to ensure I was able to pick up the keys to my property outside normal office hours (I had travelled from Yorkshire and bad traffic delayed my arrival by several hours).
