Having to sell a property after a bereavement was always going to be difficult and emotional.
The service we received from Acres Walmley was exceptional.
From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through.
I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update.

Acres have successfully marketed my family home. The team provided clear information, communicated well about viewings and feedback received. Lorraine was the sales progressor and she worked hard to support communications to enable completion to occur to schedule. The whole team pulled together throughout the sales timeline. I would recommend Acres Four Oaks to others.

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
