Over priced my property so it didn't attract interest. Insufficient follow up with viewers. Only had 2 viewers and I had to carry out one of those myself.

We were the buyers of one of the properties they were selling. I wish we had sold ours with them! Completely professional and always kept us up to date, much better than our estate agents who did the absolute minimum required after the offer was agreed. Paula was fantastic in keeping things moving throughout the chain to get our completion date on time. Both Katie's were also always friendly and helpful. We would recommend acres to anyone.

Lorraine at Acres is fantastic! She orchestrated the whole move for us, tardy solicitors need not be a problem with her around! Excellent communication and updates! The best thing of the whole experience was that she actually cared so much and we really felt this throughout the homemoving journey, she just took the stress out of it all! Thank you Lorraine for your excellent support and service provided. 5 stars! Would highly recommend Acres Four Oaks office.

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
