Have recently sold our mom’s house with Acres Walmley. We had many viewings particularly in the first few weeks. We were kept informed regularly on the progress of the sale and all of the agents we dealt with were friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Acres were the estate agent handling the property we were purchasing. They were always extremely helpful and did all they could to make the process as easy as possible. Pleasure to deal with Matt & the Team at Walmley. Our sale was mishandled by the buyers Solicitor over a number of months, resulting in frantic requests for chasers and updates in the latter stages, but they always returned calls and emails, even when news was less than positive. Would highly recommend.

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
