Acres have been extremely good regarding the sale of my mother's home.
We had 3 quotes. Acres appeared to be the most realistic. In fact, they achieved 92%. Another valuation would have achieved just 78%. They were also the best value for money.
They were very professional all the way through. They produced a great brochure that attracted a dozen viewings within a fortnight and an offer that we were happy to accept.
Lorraine guided us through the whole process brilliantly, answering our questions, giving advice, in a friendly manner all through what became a difficult process for us.

A really excellent service from Chris Harvey and Katrina Deekes at the Four Oaks branch of Acres .From the moment the bungalow went on the market the team had over 15 viewers from their database lined up ready to view the property .Viewings were done by block bookings and were all carried out by Acres staff . Each viewing was followed up by Acres and the viewing schedule and viewers comments were sent to us via Keyflo . Due to the incredible expertise of the team the bungalow had sold in just over a week . Communication was excellent throughout . A tremendous effort from everyone . Thank you .

I listed my property through various local agents, and luckily I came across Acres Estate Agents Four Oaks.
Chris and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process, always ensuring my requirements were met when selling my property. Mine certainly wasn’t the easiest of sales, as I was in the process of buying the freehold, but the team handled everything professionally and kept matters under control from start to finish.

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.

Having to sell a property after a bereavement was always going to be difficult and emotional.
The service we received from Acres Walmley was exceptional.
From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through.
I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update.
