I am so sorry that this review is so late, we moved in March and Lorraine and Jess and the rest of the team were brilliant, I’m so sorry that I have not added all names to this as you were all amazing! We did not have an easy sale due to external circumstances and they made it so much easier, with constant phone calls to people who were making things more difficult than it should have been. I can not express how wonderful the team were and I would encourage anyone to use Acres at Four Oaks. Thank you all again you were 5??

It was both a pleasure dealing with Katie during the process of the house sale and, when required, Katie's expertise and advice was invaluable. My overall experience was therefore an excellent, high quality and friendly service from Acres in general and Katie in particular.

The whole team at the Acres Four Oaks Office worked extremely hard to secure the Sale of my Mum's house. It was not an easy sale as the house required some updating which buyers can shy away from and the market was quiet. Also we had buyers withdraw at Exchange and had to start again with the Sale.<br>Acres kept me very well informed at all times and always answered the phone. They were very efficient in dealing with marketing, viewings, prospective buyers and also managing the Sale all the way through to Completion.<br>A very big thank you to Chris, Katrina, Jess, Sarah, Lorraine, Clare and Fiona, a great team.<br>I would definitely recommend Acres Estate Agents.

A great experience buying my flat in Four Oaks. They negotiated with the buyer well on my behalf and everything was done and dusted in 10 weeks or so.The viewing agents were great and the experience as a whole was fab

The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
