Based on the very poor service we received, cannot recommend. Having to sell our late mother's property very stressful due to Lorraine's unprofessional attitude. Poor communication and rudeness, we were constantly chasing for updates, neglecting to promptly advise of buyers increased offer. Major failing was advising solicitor that our sale had fallen through. An incorrect assumption made without consulting with us first. Badly written emails rounded off an experience never to be repeated.

From the first time we met Matt we felt that Acres were the estate agent we were going to use . Matt and his team were all very professional but friendly and kept us updated on progress throughout. The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
