Andrews were acceptable to work with. I would recommend them with certain reservations. While I would recommend them with some reservations, particularly due to my emphasis on professional communication and attention to detail, I found certain aspects lacking. Specifically, their marketing materials exhibited poor spelling and grammar, and the brochure lacked organized placement of photographs. Additionally, during a property viewing, an agent who had not previously seen my home arrived late with an unpleasant garlic breath, parking on my driveway from which I especially moved my car to give room for the people viewing.
Although I question the generosity of my rating for Andrews, they did successfully facilitate the sale of my property.
Reflecting on my experience with various agents, I am disheartened by the general lack of regard for the significance of selling a home, not only as a substantial financial investment but also as a place rich with emotional attachments and memories.

We had a very good experience with Andrews here in Jan/Feb '24. Kinga and Sameer responded to our enquiry swiftly enough on the same day and we arranged a viewing. The viewing was relaxed and not pushy. Our questions were answered and the ones they didn't know they said they would work on. The process from previous experiences was welcome when completing their form and they were quick to respond once it was submitted. The follow up validation process online was good too. We managed to get good response, patience when needed and communication opens at all times. Ben gave us a call too in their absence and was a little nervous about transfer deadline but once discussed he was supportive. A big thanks to Kinga for getting us a revisit to measure and assure ourselves of what we had previously seen and now we had signed. Happily recommend working with them and Andrews Worcester Park given this experience.
