Julia at Andrews made our home buying journey seamless! Her personalised approach, guidance, and communication was very helpful! She took so much time explaining everything to us as first time buyers and felt that she went above and beyond to support us getting the best rate on the market, as well as managing all the admin that comes with purchasing a house. Simply awful! Communication, pro-activity and engagement was the worst I've ever experienced by far. Constantly routed to voicemail when trying to get in touch and calls frequently not returned. On raising this as a complaint, since I was concerned that this would be the would-be buyer experience also, I was told that if potential buyers were really interested they would persist and keep calling until they got through! At that point, I gave up and really felt that for whatever reason they had zero interest in selling my property at all.

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!
Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews.
Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.
You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service!
We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money.
We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.
Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

Having checked several alternative Estate Agents initially, Andrews at Winterbourne were the most professional in their presentation of what service they would provide. Stewart Banwell and his team were helpful throughout the sales journey, communication was always effective and prompt. The whole team instilled me with confidence that they were working with my best interest as a priority. I was selling due to family heath issues so was quite an emotional experience for me which was eased by Stewarts kindness. I would recommend Andrews to any potential sellers without hesitation
