Overall, great service/ experience. Holly and team were fantastic and always kept me up to date on how the process was going. Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.

We have recently completed on our property we sold via Anthony Martin Sutton at Hone and they were amazing throughout the whole process!
Holly always replied quickly and efficiently if we had any questions and she kept us updated throughout the whole process, if she was unavailable then Amanda would help and again provided amazing service.
The team at Anthony Martin are lovely and super helpful. Im so glad we sold our property through them, I would recommend to anyone in the area selling a property!

Great Estate Agents, their communication is great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been renting with them for some months now and the whole process was seamless. They have ensured that we are safe and the property is in great working order. Thank you so much and I would advise renting from them.

Rude, verbally abusive and aggressive staff. Take no accountability for their role, happy to let serious issues be ignored. Completely inadequate, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Absolutely awful experience with Anthony Martin. I found the staff rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout my dealings with them. Communication was poor, concerns were ignored, and I was left feeling intimidated rather than supported.
What shocked me most was what I felt was a complete lack of concern regarding reports of anti-social behaviour and potential safeguarding issues affecting children in the property. In my experience, these concerns were not taken seriously at all, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, tenant welfare and accountability did not seem to be priorities.

Avoid renting through Anthony Martin if you value peace, safety, or professionalism.
A neighbouring property they manage has been the source of ongoing anti-social behaviour, including suspected drug use, excessive noise late into the night, and extremely loud music that can be heard throughout surrounding homes. The situation has had a serious impact on nearby residents, including children being exposed to inappropriate behaviour and language.
What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of concern when these issues were reported. Rather than taking complaints seriously or showing empathy toward affected neighbours, the response came across as dismissive and uncaring.
Estate agents have a responsibility not only to landlords and tenants, but also to the wider community affected by the properties they manage. In my experience, Anthony Martin failed to handle these concerns appropriately.
I would strongly recommend others think carefully before dealing with this agency.

I was under the impression that selling a house was stressful, not with Anthony Martin. I considered various agents but AM gave me confidence from the outset. Great communication all through the process and courteous to a fault, I would certainly recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again
