The staff were extremely helpful and absolutely professional,they supported us throughout the move.the support and communication was excellent, they assisted us with the paper work numerous times .the progression team support by the team were professional but also empathetic .we would recommend,and have done to anyone looking for a reliable , professional and experienced team of estate agents .

As a portfolio landlord I have bought and sold many properties. My latest sale was severely hampered by the buyers solicitors to the extent that I was going to give up with the sale and rent the property back out. Fortunately for me I picked the right estate agents, and in particular Alula, who chased this sale with the solicitors going well above and beyond what I would have expected of staff from any estate agency. It was only through her efforts and dogged determination that saw this sale go through. Without her Anthony Martin would have received no commission and I would now be renting the property back out which I did not want to do.<br>I would certainly recommend Anthony Martin at Dartford, and I would certainly use them myself on my next sale.

Overall, great service/ experience. Holly and team were fantastic and always kept me up to date on how the process was going. Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.

We have recently completed on our property we sold via Anthony Martin Sutton at Hone and they were amazing throughout the whole process!
Holly always replied quickly and efficiently if we had any questions and she kept us updated throughout the whole process, if she was unavailable then Amanda would help and again provided amazing service.
The team at Anthony Martin are lovely and super helpful. Im so glad we sold our property through them, I would recommend to anyone in the area selling a property!

Great Estate Agents, their communication is great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been renting with them for some months now and the whole process was seamless. They have ensured that we are safe and the property is in great working order. Thank you so much and I would advise renting from them.

Rude, verbally abusive and aggressive staff. Take no accountability for their role, happy to let serious issues be ignored. Completely inadequate, unprofessional and unhelpful.

I was under the impression that selling a house was stressful, not with Anthony Martin. I considered various agents but AM gave me confidence from the outset. Great communication all through the process and courteous to a fault, I would certainly recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again
