Great Estate Agents, their communication is great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been renting with them for some months now and the whole process was seamless. Avoid renting through Anthony Martin if you value peace, safety, or professionalism.
A neighbouring property they manage has been the source of ongoing anti-social behaviour, including suspected drug use, excessive noise late into the night, and extremely loud music that can be heard throughout surrounding homes. The situation has had a serious impact on nearby residents, including children being exposed to inappropriate behaviour and language.
What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of concern when these issues were reported. Rather than taking complaints seriously or showing empathy toward affected neighbours, the response came across as dismissive and uncaring.
Estate agents have a responsibility not only to landlords and tenants, but also to the wider community affected by the properties they manage. In my experience, Anthony Martin failed to handle these concerns appropriately.
I would strongly recommend others think carefully before dealing with this agency.
