We had the best experience working with Anthony Martin estate agents in Bexley village. We often had to arrange last minute viewings at awkward times and as first time buyers needed more guidance than most, but nothing was ever too much. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was lovely and so helpful; helping us navigate financial advisors and solicitors and generally going above and beyond their role at every opportunity. When we went to pick up the keys we even had a congratulations card and welcome package waiting which was just such a thoughtful gesture to end the experience with. We would definitely recommend Anthony Martin to anyone about to go through this experience and can’t recommend working with Paul, James and Jane enough. Thank you!

This is the best Estate Agency I have ever used, by far their support has been insurmountable during a long drawn out and sometimes uncertain outcome.
They have always been st the end of the phone to offer suggestions and encouragement for what has been a stressful time.

Constant disappointment... My partner and I were 1st time buyers, and were thrilled when our offer on a property was accepted in February 2018. We had every hope of completion by mid-June ready for our move to the area from the Midlands, and were made to believe this was a realistic target. As this date approached, we became concerned that little progress was being made despite regular enquiries on our part. We were constantly told 'you're looking to exchange within the next couple of weeks', however this never came. My work contract began on the 25th June, leading to a 6 week stay in a hotel, plus boarding for my dog and cat in kennels, until we finally completed on the 2nd August. Definitely not the start to my career I had planned! Daily phone calls delivered more false promises, only to find out in mid July that the top of the chain had no intention of moving until August and that this had been known all along. We came very close to abandoning the purchase, and I regret not doing this months previously. Nearly all of our savings went on hotel fees leaving little left over for anything else. The only positive we can take away from this experience is when buying/selling in the future, we have a list of estate agents we know to avoid.

My wife and I bought Michael’s house (the one who left the previous review), and I have to say Paul Fryer has been very helpful throughout the rather stressful process due to our inexperience, giving right advices at the right time. I would recommend these guys and will use them again in the future.

We used Anthony Martin to sell our house, photos taken and descriptions made were very accurate and really showed our home in the best possible light. They gave us a fixed fee, so no worrying about working out commisson which was great for us. Through the whole sale proces, Paul Fryer has been excellent, going above and beyond what is expected. He has been contacting solicitors on our behalf when our buyer needed a little prompting and has never failed to put in extra effort where our move has required it. Daily phone calls to check on progress with our buyer and our soliticor, in addition to keeping the chain informed of the progress. I cannot recommend Paul and Anthony Martin Bexley high enough.

I first came in contact the Bexley branch after my home had been on sale for over 6 month and only 3 viewings, with another competitive estate agent.
The first person I met was Lynn Vidler a very friendly and bubbly lady who went through the whole sale process with me. I later met Lesley Denham who did most of the viewings. She too was friendly, patient and really understood my 'situation'. I couldn't believe the flood of viewers booking to view my home.
Anyway, my home was sold within a really short period to meet up a certain 'dead line'. BEST OF ALL GIVEN MY RATHER PECULIAR CIRCUMSTANC, MY FEE WAS DISCOUNTED. They even recommended the solicitor I used. Thanks guys.

Tarkan and Chloe were always on the ball and so nice and friendly.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional team who talked us through the whole process.
