after the property i was originally going to rent fell through at the last minute i found a property with bagshaws uttoxeter, fell in love with it met alice for the viewing who was lovely, i explained that i was down on timing and i needed a fast turnaround, in a week i had viewed, been referenced and had arranged to collect the keys. Alice was great , friendly and kept me in the loop with all that was happening to ensure everything went smoothly and quick which was ideal. really great and stress free experience would 100% recommend

We had a great experience buying our new home through Bagshaws.<br><br>Courtney was brilliant throughout the whole process and genuinely couldn’t have done more for us. She was always friendly, approachable and kept us updated whenever she could, which really helped make what can be a stressful process much easier.<br><br>Thank you to Courtney and the whole team at Bagshaws!

My experience with Bagshaws Bakewell was consistently poor from start to finish.<br>Across the full 20?week contract, the property generated only four viewings, and no meaningful strategy, communication, or performance management was provided at any stage. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, no feedback from any viewings, and basic actions, and there was no proactive attempt to address the lack of progress.Despite the clear underperformance, Bagshaws insisted on enforcing the full contract term, offering no flexibility and no review of their service. Even removing the listing required multiple follow?ups before anything was actioned.I have since submitted a formal complaint to the Property Ombudsman (TPO) regarding the service, communication, and contract enforcement.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bagshaws Bakewell.

I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I
