From viewing to buying, heather and all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Having sold with them some years ago and now having bought with them they made the process on both occasions one of Bagshaws Residential being trustworthy and safe. Heather was on the ball throughout the whole process, so helpful and being older people now, we could not have asked for a more personal process. We are now are enjoying our new home and thanks for the gift box which was such a lovely surprise. well done Bagshaws !

Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent
Would like to give zero but not allowed .
In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale.
Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well .
All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable .
Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property .
This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time.
Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange .
Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed.
In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

We recently purchased a house through Bagshaws and had an absolutely brilliant experience. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!
