We honestly can’t thank Richard enough for everything he has done for us. As first-time buyers, we never expected the process to move so quickly or feel so smooth, but Richard made it happen. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, supportive and always on hand to answer our questions.
He explained everything clearly, kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. Buying our first home together has been such an amazing experience, and that’s largely thanks to Richard’s guidance and expertise.

The property I was jointly selling finally completed today! A huge relief and a huge thank you too to Heather and her colleagues at Bagshaws Estate Agents. I am not from the area but have bought and sold many properties over the years with varying success. Bagshaws I can confidently say are one of the best estate agencies I have dealt with. Extremely professional, helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would certainly recommend to anyone in this area of Staffordshire. Thank you again.

We recently purchased a house through Bagshaws and had an absolutely brilliant experience. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!
