I recently sold my house through Bagshaws, and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I dealt with all of the girls during the sale, but especially Heather, who went above and beyond.
From start to finish, they kept me fully informed, regularly calling with updates on viewings, feedback, and offers. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that everything was progressing as it should.
I had complete trust in the team and even gave them a key so they could arrange and conduct viewings without me being there. At the time, I had a newborn baby, so this took a huge amount of pressure off me and made the whole process much easier.
The sale went through smoothly, and I genuinely believe Bagshaws made it happen. This is the third time I have used them, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I highly recommend Heather and the whole team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Outstanding service!!!
I recently went through a large portion of my letting process remotely from overseas, which could have been incredibly stressful, but Shay made it an absolute ease. We recently purchased a house through Bagshaws and had an absolutely brilliant experience. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!

Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent
Would like to give zero but not allowed .
In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale.
Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well .
All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable .
Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property .
This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time.
Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange .
Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed.
In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .
