I live at Perpetual House in Henley, a gated community of 45 apartments. Today, contractors entered our development, parked their van and then left our development to conduct works at the apartment block across the road (Cherwell House). When the contractors returned, they informed me that Ballards had provided them with a remote fob to open our gates and use our private parking area, even though the tradesmen was not working here. This is a total abuse of the trust that has been granted to Ballards, it also breaches our security. Ballards were contacted, and I was greeted with the most arrogant attitude by one of their employees, who refused to return our remote fobs. I have no doubt that legal proceedings will follow as this is NOT acceptable, I have sent out an internal email to all residents advising them NOT to use Ballards in the future, as they have demonstrated they cannot be trusted!
