I was very impressed with the way Ballards, particularly my Estate Agent Luke, dealt with the sale of my house. He was always very helpful and professional to both myself and my buyer and ensured the whole sales process went through very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them if you are planning on either selling or renting your home in the Twyford area.

Our interaction with Ballards was as a buyer for one of the properties they were marketing. We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process. When he was away for a while, his colleague Ian Cudworth seamlessly took over with equal aplomb. Can highly recommend. Many thanks!

I dealt with Ballard's on a house purchase. Although I didn't buy the property, I thought of writing up a quick note to appreciate the team.
