Ballards Henley were a pleasure to deal with throughout our house purchase.
They were flexible when arranging viewings, really proactive when dealing with Solicitors when the transaction was going through and helpful still once we had moved in and had any questions.

Ballards provided a first-class service from start to finish. Ryan, our estate agent, was excellent throughout and worked incredibly hard to push through what became a complicated sale.
His communication was clear, timely and reassuring at every stage, and he remained professional, proactive and calm throughout the process. We always felt well informed and supported, even when things became challenging.

I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!
