The team at Ballards in Twyford went above and beyond duty. Their approach, communication, guidance and help in any matter was first class. They even lent me a set of their cutlery as I had packed everything away and forgotten to leave some aside.

I was generally pleased with the proactive work in particular from Ben Kitson at Twyford always chasing keeping us informed and rightly questioning the lack of urgency shown by the solicitors in following up. Good particulars initially and reasonably priced fees then the most optimistic sale price.in excess of other estimates received from competitors during my original research.

Very good in the beginning. High quality photographs and included a video. Communication dropped very quickly and we had only a handful of viewings in over 7 months.

Ballards of Twyford under Ben's management have been a pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting to completion of our House sale. They understand the market and they understand how to sell Houses acting with integrity and transparncy. They also dovetailed a House for us to rent. Our interaction with Ballards was as a buyer for one of the properties they were marketing. We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process. When he was away for a while, his colleague Ian Cudworth seamlessly took over with equal aplomb. Can highly recommend. Many thanks!
