R Alexis , I totally agree with your comments, although us not so serious, I really feel for you.
Batcheller Monkhouse - Pulborough , have total disregard for their tenants, any problems, are just ignored, phone call messages not answered, emails not replied. If you do manage to speak to somebody , as I did today they are just arrogant and surly.
As previously stated , keep well away from this branch, and look elsewhere

I would highly recommend Batcheller Monkhouse based on our own experience. They are a friendly team of knowledgeable and experienced agents. There was always someone really helpful on the end of the phone, even when our lead agent was unavailable. Their communication and response to emails/phone enquiries was excellent - both with us, our buyers and the legal teams. Unfortunately we experienced a fairly difficult journey but I feel that the whole thing might have collapsed had we not had such experienced agents to guide us through it. They were reassuring, patient & tenacious at all times, despite the on-going obstacles our chain faced. Worth their weight in gold and we are extremely grateful for all their efforts.
