Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.

Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

R Alexis , I totally agree with your comments, although us not so serious, I really feel for you.
Batcheller Monkhouse - Pulborough , have total disregard for their tenants, any problems, are just ignored, phone call messages not answered, emails not replied. If you do manage to speak to somebody , as I did today they are just arrogant and surly.
As previously stated , keep well away from this branch, and look elsewhere
