They were nice people. Does this help in selling a house? I believe it does as wandering in to the shop "just to look" and getting glared at doesn't help. Asking inane questions, and I did over some of their advertised properties, and getting helpful answers is good.

Planned a viewing and drove the 1 hour journey to view. Filled out all the forms to do the viewing to then sit and wait for a response weather we had the house of not potentially missing opportunities on other houses. We only found out the house had gone to someone else due to searching online and seeing it was let agreed. Estate agents are good for noting and just want to collect there money every month. Not had a good one yet.
