Seamless communication throughout the process. I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

Yet another agent that doesn't return phone calls, when I chased i'm met with an abrupt attitude and overall disregard for my purchase offer, if I had a property for sale with this agent I would be concerned that they are not getting the best price for it due to the lack of service, sometime an apology for not returning calls is simply not good enough.
