We had an excellent experience buying our dream property with Brown & Co - Elisha in particular was outstanding & a first class communicator, assisting & supporting with difficult moments with chain pressure, but also at times assisting at conveyancing level too. I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk...
