Another email on the above continuous problems with Anti Social Behaviour at 61 Erken Plaza, barking IG11 7EP.
The owner and managing agent have been getting weekly emails from Encore estates about the anti social behaviour from 61 Erken plaza barking, with clear evidence in PDF files and iMovie video clips sent weekly from September 2025, before this, emails were sent by the concierge at Encore with no response, been going on for 17 months.

So the property of 61 Erken Plaza is owned by Komel Ali and is managed by Orient Real Estates LTD (Rameez Saeed), which has the 21st Barking east street.
Under the Selective License Agreement one of the conditions is the above property has no more than four occupants, and so breaking the covenants.
Also under the Dagenham and Barking council Tenants agreements, they contravene section 5 on noise nuisance and anti social behaviour in many areas.

I have sent a request to Barking and Dagenham council for the above to have their licence agreement to be revoked as too many
breaches of noise nuisance and anti social behaviour have been broken, plus there is breach of the occupancy with up to two families living in one apartment, the licence agreement is for four occupants only. Barking and Dagenham management have informed myself they will contact me once reviewed info.

Not to play or use or permit to be played or used any musical instrument or television radio or
similar equipment of any kind between the hours of 12 midnight and 8.am nor at any time sing
or carry on loud conversations in the property so as to cause damage nuisance or annoyance to
the Landlord or the Block Company or the Estate Company or the Tenants or Occupiers of any
other part of the estate.
