Charlotte and Chealsie are fabulous. They are efficient and helpful and amongst the best estate agents I have dealt with. Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.

We had an excellent experience renting through Cluttons Wapping. The team, Peter and Alkis, were incredibly professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. They both devoted a lot of time listening and guiding us through the new legislation. What stood out the most was how they truly listened to our preferences and only showed us properties that fit our needs. A special thanks to Alkis Kavouras. He made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Prompt and attentive…I highly recommend Alkis and the Wapping team to anyone looking to rent!

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.<br><br>On Friday, I called twice and was given a confirmed viewing appointment for today (Monday) at 11:00 AM. I travelled 40 minutes in the rain to attend the viewing. When I arrived and called to let them know I was there, I was informed that the property was no longer available.<br><br>What is most frustrating is that nobody contacted me beforehand to cancel the appointment or inform me that the property had already been taken. A simple phone call, email, or text message would have saved me a wasted journey and a lot of inconvenience.<br><br>This shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for prospective tenants’ time. I would expect much better communication and customer service.

Huge thanks to Jemelia for her help with a recent viewing at Clephane Road. I was running late, but she was extremely patient and professional about it. A really great, stress-free experience from start to finish. Five stars!
