Excellent experience from start to finish. Realistic assessment of property and expected price, prompt display of property online followed up by prompt organisation of viewings culminating in an accepted offer within 4 weeks from start of process. Kept fully informed using their app and from regular telephone updates. All staff very professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!
