Buyers and Sellers - Avoid!
Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties.
I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout.
A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one.
Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers.
With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.

Found it rather difficult to get a viewing booked in, it needed to be after 5pm or on weekends due to my shift work. After a couple of weeks of trying the house I was interested in accepted an offer. Wouldn’t recommend. To add further update this to this put in a formal offer through my solicitor and they told them they aren’t putting it to the client, I’m looking into this further with my solicitor to confirm that they aren’t presenting my formal offer to their clients
Owning four properties and in the process of increasing my portfolio and looking for another property for myself I can categorically say Clyde property falkirk are by far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with both as a buyer and having looked at properties I would of secured with them, they converted at a lower price point than I was prepared to pay, that twinned with not presenting their client with a serious offer tells me they don’t even have their own clients best interest at heart either. I can see Graham has further negative reviews here and I am absolutely not surprise by this, the worst estate agent I need to deal with. I hope they take this seriously and try to improve their practices as they do have nice properties and I’ve let some of these go by me out of principle of having to deal with them.

Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
