We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Trevillian. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

I purchased a property using Cole Rayment & White last summer. The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. We recently sold our property through Cole Raymond and White Wadebridge Office. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent. All the staff are very friendly, professional and polite. Stayed at 7 Porthilly View. Excellent well equipped property with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Good parking close to the property. Nice garden area for the children to run around in. Well located close to Padstow centre. We visited for the duration of the Padstow Christmas Fayre and a nice touch was that they had set the dining room table up for a Christmas meal with crackers etc. Second time using CRW for our stays in Padstow and found their properties to be much better than those we have stayed in with other providers. They will be our company of choice for future visits.
