We have used Cole, Rayment and White for booking holiday properties for many years - they are a friendly, very knowledgeable and professional company and we highly recommend them. The properties are accurately described in the brochure and are always presented in great condition - always a nice touch to open the door on the first day and find tea, coffee, milk and local biscuits! Thank you all and we look forward to returning in June.

Very disappointing, bungalow was described as immaculate....it wasn`t, it was tired decoration wise the property had not been cleaned well, we had to clean all crockery, cutlery and glasses ourselves before we could use them, skirtings were filthy, under the beds similarly, light and power point switches covered with finger marks, outside there were dangerous uneven patio slabs, filthy garden chairs, 2 of which were broken
Could we make complaint on move in day , Saturday....NO the agents office is closed on a Saturday afternoon, we emailed our findings and were contacted late Monday morning, replacement new chairs and a new hairdryer were supplied same day, the hairdryer in the bungalow on arrival had a very out of date PAT test sticker attached and it blew the power circuit when used!
The landlord refused a refund of part of the rent as we would not allow his cleaners back in, despite our telling the agents we had had to clean it all ourselves to make it satisfactory
There are at least 3 other Holiday letting agents in Padstow/Rock, who we have used in the past, we will never use CRW again
