A really lovely stay. This house is ina great location and is perfect for large families and groups. The garden is beautiful and perfect for dogs. The bathrooms are clean and functional and the kitchen has an extensive range of cookware suitable for big groups. Although the inside of the property is older and some parts in need of modernising (some damp patches and condensation on the inside of old windows) the space was clean and warm and perfect for our stay ??.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need for a relaxing quiet holiday. We chose to visit in the Winter months when it is not so crowded, apartment was warm and comfortable. The view across the estuary to Rock is lovely and changes all the time. Saw some beautiful sunrises and birds. The location is perfect and secure with a gate directly onto the SW Coast path. Would recommend.

I couldn’t recommend more. The people are extremely helpful and kind, I lost a parcel to one of the holiday houses and they went out of their way to get it back to me. Very grateful - thank you!!! Staying at their houses has also always been very easy for my family and me, we’ve been back many times. :)

We have used CRW for many years staying in a beautiful house on Dennis Road that unfortunately is now permanently occupied by the owners. For a change this time we went for an apartment overlooking the Camel Estuary - 9 The Boatyard - and we were looking forward to enjoying the New Year there. A few days before we were due to travel we had a serious family crisis which meant we would not be able to travel and no insurance covers this type of situation. Amanda at CRW was very accomodating and really tried to help us but ultimately the decision lies with the owner of the Boatyard who would not allow us to change our dates to later in the year and offered us a week later instead which was also not an option for us, so we lost our holiday and our money.

We recently had a fantastic holiday at 9 The Old Boatyard in Padstow. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed and the views across the Camel Estuary were Superb. Great location for local bars and restaurants will be returning in the future

We had a wonderful stay in a cottage in Padstow. It was easy to book and the accommodation was perfect for a mixed generation family of 5. We needed to extend our visit and the company dealt with our request quickly and efficiently.

Little Egrets was a great holiday bungalow had everything you could need with amazing views of the sea as well, it was very clean and the beds where comfy as well and a nice welcome basket when you arrive also crw where very good from booking to when we arrived we will definitely be staying there again. thank you for a great week

Really lovely house with large garden right in the heart of old Padstow. A Really roomy home from home. Another real bonus is on site parking at the bottom of the garden.
The house has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a wood burner to make a cosy evening on colder nights.
4th week in Aug.23. Weather not great, but it was lovely to be able to sit out in the garden under a really nice coveted area despite the missle.
This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be returning, there is not a better location in Padstow.
1st week Oct 2023. Wonderful weather, great short break.

We had a fantastic holiday at Treaaron, the house & garden was beautiful. Lovely & clean, & well looked after. It was great to have fans available especially during a heatwave. We had an issue with the downstairs shower, but after contacting CRW the handyman came within a few hours. We will definitely return.

CRW were brilliant at sorting out a couple of minor issues we had whilst in our accommodation. Very good communication from the staff and really handy having the office in Padstow where we could pop in. Would definitely use them again.
