AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! Scammers<br><br>This company is such a disappointment and a waste of space in the property industry!<br><br>Big energy, big promises , no follow up and 0 professionalism . Typical behavior !<br><br>They have called me 4 times and bragged how they are introducing this new "Mot" service for properties and how is going to be free for me as I have attended the seminar.<br><br>I booked the appointment, was supposed to be with Ali - someone else turned up. Typical behavior !<br><br>Kept reading off the list and using scare tactics (quite uncomfortable call) and booked the results for next day.<br><br>I returned home for the zoom call at 11.00 :<br>- no zoom call was sent for appointment<br>- i have emailed to check on the appointment, no reply<br>- I have called the office 3 times ,no call back<br>- luckily, I have offered information on only 1 of my properties and with the amount of scams and scammers going around, I worry about the shares information.<br><br>I might be old fashioned, but I hold you accountable on your results and what you do,not on what you promise you will do.<br><br>A bunch of time wasters!<br><br>How you do one thing, is how you do everything!

Rude and unprofessional staff.<br>I did a viewing and the lady named Lauren came from this company and i have never met anyone this rude before. Just wasted my time and then when i emailed them about this matter, even the support staff is same, no response from them. I would recommend everyone to go for some other company to help you out with the renting the house, if you don’t want to waste your time.

If give them a holding deposit and the rental falls through they keep your money 170 pounds!! For me!<br><br>And none of that applied to me my application failed due not having the correct id as i only had driving licence no valid passport and they did not accept any other forms of id I had despite me providing the ones the say qualified as valid I'd a government document with national insurance number within 3 months I sent p60 from tax man! It was not accept also a it was stated that DBS would also qualify which I supplied but was rejected again!<br>None of the terms and conditions where broken i had no guarantors!
