We cannot thank Ross and the Frome team enough. They were efficient, informative and patient. It was apparent from the start that we were in good hands as they treated our elderly parents (the clients) with sensitivity and respect, something my brother and I are forever thankful for. We cannot recommend Cooper and Tanner, Frome highly enough; they did exactly what we needed them to.

Cooper/Tanner, Frome delivered on their intention to move us. Our journey started with Ross who was positive and very encouraging. It was due to Ross that we decided to go with C/T.
We had many views, one chain break.
Adam had a positive meeting to review progress mid term.
We finally had a replacement buyer in October 25 with an accepted offer.
The team keep you well informed with special mention to Shelly, Alex, Millie.

If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome.
After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time.
I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations.

The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.
