I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone!
