My brother and I instructed Geoffrey Smith estate agents to assist with the sale of our fathers home when he was taken ill (and in the middle of a pandemic). From the outset, the team were professional and empathetic to the situation, treating us and our Dad with the utmost respect and courtesy. Sadly, we lost Dad in the middle of the sale transaction and with both the added complexity of probate and the fact that my brother and I live so far away from Shepton Mallet, nothing was too much trouble for the team. They truly went over and above what was expected and helped and supported the entire sale process.

The team have been very helpful to us from our first viewing to the completion of our First property. They kept in contact with us regularly to check everything was going well with our solicitors etc. They were always polite and helpful on the phone and genuinely seemed pleased for us at each stage of the purchase, from; offer being accepted to the keys being in their hands ready for us to collect. Although I've had no other experience of any other estate agent to compare with, I will definitely recommend these guys and would happily use them again.
