We were selling our mother’s house and, as we don’t live in the area, we asked a couple of local people for recommendations. Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did.
From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

This is the second time I've used Country Properties Ampthill, and once again the service has been excellent.
A big thank you to Sasha and Jake, who have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole moving process so far. Communication has been fantastic, with constant updates and reassurance at every stage, making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly have really stood out. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
A special thank you also to Harry and Ken for their support along the way. It's clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Country Properties Ampthill and would happily use them again in the future.

I called country properties for a viewing of an house after receiving a s21. We had 4 weeks to move and property waitlists were full. I spoke to Debbie who was very quick to help, arranged a viewing and also suggested other properties available. Debbie has been so kind and helpful throughout our moving process. She has kept me up to date, contacted me to check in and has processed all forms very quickly for our move to make sure we got in and settled. I would highly recommended country properties and Debbie! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us and feel very lucky for all Debbie has done for us!

I've just bought my first house with Country Properties Flitwick and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. Thank you for everything - would 100% recommend these guys!

We had a great experience selling our home with Country Properties Hitchin. Alex in particular was excellent. We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us.
