Leigh from Darlows Pontypridd recently came to value my property and I just want to commemorate how brilliant she was from start to finish!
She worked around mine and my partners busy job schedules and agreed a date & time which suited us all which was perfect.
She is an absolute key asset to the branch and went above and beyond to make sure my self and my partner was catered for every step of the way and stayed in contact via messaging and phone calls and kept us updated throughout the entire process.
I would highly recommend Leigh and would love to have the pleasure of dealing with her again if the opportunity came about!

We recently exchanged on a house that we are purchasing through Darlows in Pontypridd.
I would like to say a really big thank you to Jackie who has been very helpful in keeping me updated throughout the process. It’s our first time moving as a family and Jackie has been a really big help in making it less stressful.

I am very pleased with the professional manner the Staff of Darlows properties Albany Road branch handled my house rentting and facility maintenance issues. Particularly the way Lauren Keirle abd Sophie Peake handles matters concerning property maintenance. They are very wonderful and I normally recommend Darlows to most of my friends and acquaintances because they are good and well organised in their craft.

Excellent service from the team all round Jennifer has been wonderful. She's explained alot about what I could expect, with Darlow's selling my house.
luckily my house sold pretty quick . (The first people to come and view wanted it) "I'm so delighted".
Jackie has taking over the next process from Jennifer. She's lovely lady too and there if I need to talk to her. Gail the manager I've met very nice helpful too .
Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the Pontypridd branch are nice and helpful. On the occasion I have contacted them and been unable to speak to the person I needed too, they would help by e mail etc but I always have a update
Darlow's Pontypridd, are very efficient from beginning to the end when selling your home.

Sarah at Darlows is one of the most efficient and proactive people I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with when I’ve been looking to purchase a property.
