Jennifer was very helpful with in putting me in touch with Mortgage support, even though we are not buying in Pontypridd Jennifer was helpful in advising us on how to get a mortgage as we are first time buyers and we felt comfortable discussing our needs with Jennifer. I would recommend speaking with Jennifer if you are after advise and support in taking your first steps into the property market.

We had a lady named jada she was amazing helped with every viewing very nice to talk to came back straight away with feed if thinking off using darlows to sell house defo ask for jada

My wife & myself viewed a house in the Pontypridd area with Jennifer Roberts
Very friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience…put an offer in on the house which wasn’t to be but from the moment of the viewing the communication back and forth from Jennifer was top class!
Credit to Darlows and wouldn’t hesitate to use Darlows in the future

Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.
