Gayle was fantastic to deal with highly professional and great at explaining the process. We ended up choosing a different agent because we preferred a fee structure based on the final sale price rather than the asking price, but Gayle’s service was top-notch. We’d certainly be happy to buy a property through her in the future.

Very professional, great team (Gayle, Emma, Jackie especially) sold our property with excellent price, kept us in touch with buyer at all points to keep things moving. Wish the solicitor had been as good.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Hollie who has come to value my mother's house. Hollie was very polite, friendly and professional. I have already received the report with the estimated value. I would definitely recommend Darlows.

I had a viewing booked mid-week with Darlows, arranged four days in advance, and planned my schedule around it — including taking time off work.
Despite this, I was informed on the day that the appointment had to be cancelled because the assigned staff member was unavailable, and apparently no one else could cover the viewing. For a company of this size, that is quite surprising.
No proper alternative was offered on the same day, only a vague suggestion of “next week”, which is disappointing given how important timing can be when viewing properties.
Overall, the experience felt poorly organised and not very considerate of clients’ time. I would expect a higher level of professionalism and flexibility, especially when appointments are booked well in advance.

Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
