Cannot thank Margarita at Trowbridge enough for her assistance in us finding a new home. Our present landlord has sold our home so needed to find somewhere to live. From the time of contacting Davies and Davies Margarita has been so supportive, very friendly and professional in helping us. Nothing seems too much trouble to her. Also when calling the office Philomena was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with the team regularly when we are able to sign on the dotted line for our new home.

Me and my sister Monika Horzempa recently had the pleasure of working with Margerita Carr during our property search, and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She showed us several properties, including a lovely two-bedroom flat at Tabernacle, and was always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Margerita made each viewing feel relaxed and informative, giving us space to explore while also being available to answer any questions with honesty and insight. Her positive attitude and genuine interest in helping us find the right home made a big difference, and we always looked forward to our viewings with her.
Although we've now found our forever home, we’ll definitely miss seeing her! We truly appreciate all her support and would highly recommend her to anyone navigating the property market. She's a real credit to the team.
