Davies and Davies were very helpful when we bought our new home.
Helen was really proactive trying to keep us up to date with the purchase and dealing with all the queries. Chasing solicitors when necessary.
They are all very professional and courteous and I would use this branch if ever I wanted to sell my house.

had a wonderful experience working with Laura Davey. She was incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process.<br><br>Laura showed me the property and, when I had additional questions, she was extremely quick to help me find all the information I needed. There is clearly a reason this company has been trusted and established for so many years and we’ve already seen why even though our experience isn’t yet finished!<br><br>Kamerran and Ela have both been absolutely brilliant right from the start. Kamerran is highly professional, knowledgeable and so genuine. On our second viewing of a property, he had every single answer ready to the questions we’d raised on our first visit, which showed real attention to detail and great communication within the team. He has been professional but supportive, honest and strikes that perfect balance - incredibly helpful and thorough but never at all pushy or pressurising. He listens and guides rather than pushes, which we really appreciate, especially as first time buyers.<br><br>Ela has been amazing at scheduling viewings quickly and efficiently and is always so warm, approachable, and professional every time I have spoken to her.<br><br>So far, the service has been outstanding. Professional, transparent, wonderfully friendly and exactly the kind of supportive guidance you want. We’re looking forward to the rest of the process and would absolutely recommend them already!
